The lady who helped me close to closing time over Thanksgiving week was personable, welcoming happy and helpful. My package arrived much quicker than I anticipated and in excellent condition. I wish we had nice happy employees like that in our local places in my state.

Always come to my Lacey, PostNet for my shopping and shipping needs. Always feel welcomed, clean envious and and staff is so helpful. Today I got to work with Lisa and she was so kind and patient- she input the tracking numbers since my printer was acting up. Love the friendliness of this location.

Absolutely horrible service! Tried calling 4 days in a row and nobody answers the phone, trying to find out how my package was lost. Will not EVER use this place again and do not recommend to anyone!!!!!!
