I specifically hired her for doing our payrolls with Intuit and help based on her website with improving my knowledge of QuickBooks. Instead she made mistakes, was insulting, unprofessional took questionable docs off our computer, and went over my head to my son to get all of the accounting for herself. Avoid this company!

We had a written contract for specific services which she did not perform in a timely manner. The help with quickBooks that her website inferred she would give us when we hired her was not done. she was insulting & unprofessional.

The service that was offered to me was utter crap all the way around. the bills for such, where extraordinarily high. then the started biling me for services I did not request. Once I filed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I then went straight to the State of Washington, to further my action. Funny thing is the entire time I gave her my business, she had been telling me she was a CPA. Turned out that at the time I filled my compliant with the state, they did not even have her on record as being registered as CPA. I was lied to, I was taken gross advantage of, my tax, and tax reporting matters where grossly miss handled, and I was grossly over billed. I would give this business a negative 5 star rating, but Yelp does not allow for that, and in order to post you must give at least one star, this is the only reason she gets one star from me. If you care at all about getting even mediocre service for your dollars avoid this office like the plague.

Cynthia and her staff (especially Hope) are so great. Every time I call, they are polite, patient, and helpful. We use their firm for our business account at work, and I use them for my personal taxes. I like that Cynthia takes the time to explain things to me that I don't understand (which is a lot because I'm FAR from a tax intellect) and is very accommodating with her schedule. And Hope (my main contact for our business account) is always so easy to talk to on the phone. She's ready to help in any way she can and never loses her patience, even when I present a confusing/convoluted scenario or problem. Thanks for all you guys do! Precisely Right is precisely right for me!

I would of thought that a phone call saying that you will be charging an additional $50 to do the paper work would of been nice. I also would think that a returned courtesy call, telling us our taxes were not going to be a check but rather a $2,500. payment to the IRS instead would of been nice. There is and was no confusion. Look at the reviews and judge for yourself!!!
