What a find! Excellent, friendly service and fast turn-around. Even better, the clothes come back in great shape and I get out of there for about 35% less than I pay at other Lacey cleaners. I can afford to go here.

***** BE ADVISED MILITARY SERVICE MEMEBERS *****
I dropped off my Army Service Uniform (jacket, dress shirt, trouser) to be dry cleaned last Friday and picked them up today…. Came to realize that my gold trouser braid is covered all over in blue smudges…. Instead of apologizing, he immediately said it’s not his fault and blamed the pants. This trouser was issued when I went through basic training and never had issues at other dry cleaning businesses. He said if I go buy another gold trouser braid he will sew it for me…. He thinks those braids are cheap. He still asked me to pay full service with no reimbursement. No accountability for his poor job but blamed the trouser. First and last time with this business. Not recommending to anyone.

Rude customer service. Asked the price to dry clean a cotton comforter that was left out during a move…. The guy send it depends. I said, depends on what?… and then he hung up. Unprofessional/ rude.

I've been coming here for about 13 years. He is the best in town. Very efficient! I've been able to pick things up the next day. And his prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend this place to all who need dry cleaning. He does pillows as well and big blankets.

I have tried so many dry cleaners over the years and Pro Cleaners is by far the best when it comes to price, turnaround time, and quality of the job. They are honest, reliable, and affordable. I drive from the other side of town to take my clothes here.

I was quoted a price of $10 for dry cleaning each of my 2 jackets. I go out to the car and grab the jackets. Not even 2 minutes later the guy charges over $11 each. When I remind him of the price he just quoted me, he replied that he didn't remember ever saying that. What? Turnaround time is terrible as well. Will not go back and do not recommend. I'd give no stars of I could.

Took a down comforter here several months ago. They did a stellar job so I brought in another comforter for DRY CLEANING (per the attached tag with instructions). Last night, I put the 2nd comforter on my bed and realized that they machine washed and dried it instead! Now, it's a lumpy mess and I either have to replace or refill it! I'm out $200, can't buy an exact replica as it's discontinued, and warn everyone that you will need to give explicit instructions if you want your items cleaned properly. Sad because I really like the owners...

My dry cleaner went out of business so I YELPed and found this one. Two ladies' pantsuits, clean and nicely pressed, back in 48 hours for the reasonable sum of $30. This will be my new cleaner from now on.
