This pharmacy has a significant reliability issue. I've visited twice and both times the experience has been frustrating. On my latest visit, I was told my prescription is ready, but upon arrival, I was informed it would take another 30 minutes to prepare—this was three weeks after the prescription was first submitted. Having to wait on location for medication that should have been ready is unacceptable and a major waste of time. I cannot recommend this location based on the poor and inconsistent service.

So helpful. I got help finding the andouille sausage. I got help finding the mixers as in tonic water zero. And they only had Kroger tonic water zero and it tasted just like Canada dry just FYI. I’ve been there quite a few times since my daughter had her baby is the best grocery store in that area.

Very friendly staff. They were fast and the price was great. I came here after shopping using GoodRx since they had the cheapest price. QFC ran it through a different program and it was actually cheaper. I will come here now even if the prices are similar on other stuff just for how friendly they were.

This is my go to pharmacy, great staff professional pharmacist who is always more than willing to help answer questions and provide solutions.

The pharmacist here is the kindest pharmacist I've ever met. This pharmacy feels like one of those small town places where the pharmacist genuinely cares about people and does what she can to be helpful. It's the exact opposite of every experience I've had at other places. Here, I am treated like a human being who matters, and I've noticed the pharmacist takes the time to answer people's questions and never makes someone feel like they are an inconvenience. She makes sure customers truly understand how to take their medications and makes them aware of specifications (e.g. take with food to reduce nausea) whereas many other pharmacies have not been doing that anymore. Other staff here have been equally kind and awesome.I am so glad I found this pharmacy after so many terrible experiences at other places!

This pharmacy is the laziest pharmacy I have ever tried coming to. Literally had to have my rx sent elsewhere because they are literally idiots.. GO ELSEWHERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!

My favorite of the standard grocery stores in the Lacey/Olympia area by far so far. Prices are reasonable, good sales, it's clean and the staff are friendly. I've gone to Fred Myer, Safeway, Thriftway, Grocery Outlet and Winco and QFC really just beat them all - Fred Meyer is just too large/overwhelming, and the quality at the others just isn't as high. Thriftway has some good stuff but is not a one stop shop. Overall, further away than my other stops but when I have the time and want a nice unstressful shopping trip, this is worth the extra 10 minutes in driving.

My problem is with the pharmacy. I am Type 1 diabetic. My needles were supposed to be in this past Tuesday. When I went to pick them up Tuesday, I was told they weren't in stock and would be available Thursday. On Thursday, they still weren't in stock and they didn't know when they would be back in stock. If I can't get the needles by today, (Friday) I will either be dead or in the hospital before the 3 day weekend is over because I doubt they will be getting new deliveries over the holiday weekend. If they would have told me on Tuesday they couldn't get them before the weekend, I could/would have ordered some on the retailer that starts with A. The stress is really stressing me out. They said I could get the Kroger needles for $24 when my co-pay is $0 for needles. I pay plenty to QFC for my insulin and test strips. I could have ordered them from A for about $8 if they had only told me they wouldn't have been able to get them before the holiday weekend. I guess I will have to dig into my sharps and reuse needles this weekend so I don't die or have to go the the hospital. NOT COOL QFC!!!

Their pharmacy is Definitely 5 star quality. They're quick, proficient, handle my information securely, and I always have my prescription ready. They treat you like they have known you forever. Can't say anything bad about them. Been going to them forever!

Super convenient, overall good. Make sure you look at the expiration dates on food. Have had problems in the past. If you need baked goods, make sure they are out sourced, or simply go across the street.

Drove 2 1/2 hours for my scheduled covid 19 vaccine and when I showed up they weren't able to provide it because they didn't have any.
