Had a few oil leaks and they exactly pin pointed the problems and where it was coming from. They even showed me where it was coming from and how that happens and how they would fix it. 10/10 would recommend them any day.

Our cars and campervan have been maintained by Steve and Ryan for more than a decade. He provides accurate quotes and fast, reliable, honest service. They are opened 7:30 – 4 Monday thru Thursday and are almost always able to provide same day service. We rely on them for brakes, oil, suspension, timing belts and transmission work. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience here. Steve is so great and really cared about my truck's issues. He and his team took the time to look over my truck and fix the problems needed. He is honest and has great prices. Definitely will be coming back here.

I had a number of vehicles serviced at Qual-a-ty over the past 16 years and it's always a pleasure. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and doesn't mind taking the time to explain what he doing. Pricing is fair and customer service is top notch!

Just had my transmission leak fixed Wednesday 11/6 and it is now Friday 11/8 and my transmission hose wasn't put on properly and it popped off and leak a bunch of transmission fluid

I have been going to Qual-A-Ty auto care for the better part of 20 years, the service is the best and the quality of the work that Steve and Ryan do is excellent, Steve never forces repairs that are not needed and along the way on a larger repair job Steve will communicate issues to you.i trust their work and I am appreciative that I have a auto repair business I can go to without drama.The only fault I could find with Steve is that he is a huge Seahawks fan, Go Vikings!!!

If honesty is what you're looking for in an auto shop, this is where you want to go. They know what they're doing and don't hit you with unnecessary work/fees. My family has been taking cars to Steve for a long time (the first car I personally brought to them was in 2002-2003) but their history with other family members goes back even further. I refuse to buy a used vehicle unless it passes the "Steve test". Thanks yet again qual-a-ty! I did end up buying the Honda Fit I brought in recently. -Greg
