The team was there for me through the whole move and I did have a few issues. I couldn’t get the code right for whatever reason so they changed it for me to something easier. And then I had my own lock so they went ahead and refunded me for the lock That I didn’t have to use. They were very attentive, even though there are kiosk out front, I still got plenty of customer service. Thank you so much public storage staff!

I used the kiosk and the person on the other end was very helpful. The whole experience was easy and smooth thanks to the app. Sue called me 2 days later to see how my experience was, which I found very thoughtful.

Had an absolute nightmare with this business. I give it a 3* for the exceptional efforts of Lindsey who did try to help me before transferring to another site. But the rest of my experience was horrific--receiving threatening emails/phone messages that my storage would be closed if I didn't come with a new lock--this before I even moved in. I then became ill and was unable to go and put my items in storage and they arbitrarily closed my account. I never did get to use my storage. SMH.

I highly recommend this location for their friendly customer service and cleanliness of the units. The unit I have is temperature controlled and I have not experienced any moisture issues or encountered any rodents in my unit.
This is my second time being a customer with them and Sue has been so welcoming and kind, she has been one person I love interacting with and always has a smile on her face when she greets me. She comes around to check on the units before dark which helps me feel safer about being there alone getting any last minute things for the day. I would not want to store my things anywhere else and greatly appreciate her customer service.
I also love the ability to go in there bright and early at 6am if needed and have the ability to leave just before 9pm. The app will tell you if you are late to leaving before 9pm so I have found that there is definitely a priority of safety with this storage facility. Again, I highly recommend this business for storage of items you want kept safe, dry and if you are someone who is decluttering your life, you can also downsize your unit at any time if needed!

First, the facility was nice, clean and with the app easy to access. They have a kiosk inside if you need help and you actually get a live person on video to help you. The problem with Public Storage is they increase your monthly rate constantly. We started at $115 a month and if we stayed our next payment would be $228. All of that in one year. We are leaving because of the constant price hikes. That is over 100% increase in rate. Buyer beware. If you call them and discuss the rate increase they may take a little off the increase but they will still increase the rate. Who wants to deal with that all the time.

Large, clean facility, storage room nbrs should be posted over each door as many doors and lockers; surprised no separate light or switch in locker nor an electrical outlet available in locker or nearby; no moving cart in my building so borrowed from another building.

The units are exactly what I needed and the lease agreement signing (all online) is super easy. Just loved the convenience of the whole process. Units are affordable, clean and easily accessed. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

The person in the office was very informative, friendly, and accommodating. The facility is large but is clean and safe. I also appreciate having carts available and very easy entries. Price was good too!
