Obviously the Rite Aid brand is done so it's not surprising that the Staggering level of incompetence only continues as they are closing locations and pharmacies. But I need to put this on record that this Pharmacy along with the Cooper Point location have possibly been responsible for people losing their lives from not getting the right medication or getting their prescription filled on time. I ordered my prescription as I typically do every month but this month was different. My prescription was not showing up to the store. I got on the phone with a man in the pharmacy who began a series of Lies regarding my prescription and how it's paid for and said it wasn't possible for me to get it. I demanded to speak with someone else as he went on to explain I needed to call my provider, and he put me on a long hold. When I was brought out of the hold for the second time I was speaking to a pharmacist who said everything is fixed we will have your prescription tomorrow. Unfortunately I needed it that day so I had to go without my medication and it's been a nightmare. I receive a text today that my prescription is ready so I head down to the pharmacy. At first I'm immediately told that it's not there and I can come back tomorrow. I said absolutely not you're going to find it and two incompetent techs started searching for 20 minutes. I then went over to the pharmacist window and demanded that she helped them find it which she did immediately. Her excuse was that a man working here had put it in the wrong spot. I demanded to know if it was the same one that screwed up so badly yesterday and she wasn't sure. So long Rite Aid. It's been horrible and thank God we're finally done with you.

The pharmacy doesn't notify customers if prescriptions are ready or not. If you try to call, they frequently will not pick up at all. As you can see from other reviews, this is a common complaint, but there's been no improvement.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. I called to see if my PX is ready to pick up before I leave the house. Last time I left the house and it took 3 hours for the PX ready for pickup. Instead of leaving this time I attempted to call 3 times with no answer. Now I have to leave the house in high hopes that the PX will be ready.

You will find the same delightful associate at checkout that used to work at the Sleater-Kinney Rite-Aid in Lacey; she has a lovely German accent. With the Sleater-Kinney store closed, go to the Whitman Ln. (in same area as QFC Yelm Highway) Rite-Aid, and depending on when her shift is, she will be there, with the same warmth that she always greeted you with at the previous Rite Aid. You feel good when you leave that store after chatting with her.

Store is dirty and looks in need of a good cleaning. It's impossible to reach someone in the pharmacy and their pay n go app is constantly having issues. Total train wreck.

Worst service for Pharmacy, they keep you on hold forever text you about your prescription and never answer the phone to let you know if prescription is ready to be picked up last time spent over an hour on hold only to finally get there in person and have to wait another 30 mins… would NOT recommend. Wish my Walgreens would take my insurance

I was able to get what I needed at the Lacey Rite Aid. I am always shocked at the number of EMPTY shelves in the store. It looks like they are going out of business.

Pharmacy is horrible. Usually out of stock, several days wait, when told time to pickup meds and you arrive, you are told to wait another one to two hours.

I literally cannot get ahold of them to refill my medication I need they have not answered once in the 10 times ive called this week. If you go in there expect to wait an hour or more. Been told several times my stuff will be ready in said amount of time just to have to sit around for 30 minutes.

This Rite Aid on Whitman lane is horrible. They are constantly behind on filling their prescriptions, even if you've called it in way in advance. I'm always told to come back. They always have an excuse such as our shipment hasn't come in, try again later. They never answer the phone which is super annoying cause that would save me time and gas. I'm surprised this Rie Aid hasn't gone under.

Awful customer service. The pharmacy has nothing that my daughter has been proscribed, she was proscribed a medication for thrush and they told my husband that he was wrong and she had nothing in the system but when I called they said they see it but don’t have it.

Please don’t waste your time here. Store never stocked. Terrible pharmacy assistance. Drive thru doesn’t work. Prescriptions never ready. Go somewhere else and save your sanity and time.

This is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. My average wait time is 30 minutes AFTER I already called my prescription in to be refilled and the pharmacy said it was ready for pickup.

If I could give a zero I would! I had some medicine sent here since it's right up the street. Now I can not get it refilled. I call for days with no answer, and when I go there the line is out the door.... DON'T GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS OR MEDICINE SENT HERE YOU'LL NEVER GET IT!!!!
