Great service! Was helped by 2 gentleman this evening blowing up a balloon for me. I didn't catch their names but they were so friendly. Always have great customer service at this store. Thank you.

Safeway is a great store ! Good for a last minute snack when other stores are closed . Due to hours of operation . Customer service is good. Deli is a favorite. They always have what I need.

Pulled up, saw a man sagging and holding a handgun in the parking lot heading toward the front of the store!!!
So I let the women at checkstand #6 know, I saw a man with a gun heading this way!
When I pointed him out to her, she told me that's her employee, and that he didn't really have a gun, I told her she was wrong!
So I left, then I call to let a manager know, not to tell, but to give them a heads up.
Same women picks up the phone, tells me she's the Manger.
I told her my kids live in this neighborhood, he needs to get thugged out somewhere else, and she literally hung up on me!
This used to be a nice store, I will never go here again!

I went in for vegetables the employee in produce was a young man who was very helpful and friendly. NO cashiers so I had to learn how to self checkout. I DONT like that. I never wanted to be a cashier. So ?

Been awhile since I visited this Safeway, and boy, was I in for a surprise. They changed everything around. This Safeway was already a nice place to shop. But now they have rearranged things around, and it looks awesome. Still clean, spacious, and somehow looks bigger. The staff was, as always, polite, friendly, and helpful. It's a great place to find just about anything dealing with food, and Starbucks is still there. ? Great job. Thanks

Love Safeway!
Always welcomed and departed with a friendly smile from a genuine employee.
Self checkout always has someone to assist you and they always make sure to understand what happened before it alerted them.

I swear these pharmacists need to find another line of work. Completely and totally incompetent. I called in a prescription refill two weeks ago and the pharmacy techs are to lazy, or lack the ability to get on the phone and get stuff fixes between them and the insurance company.
Today was the last time I will ever use the Safeway pharmacy the rude woman behind the counter was the last straw. I want to give this negative stars. My advice is avoid Safeway and use express scripts. It's time to put these lazy people out of work.
