I came here to get extensions done a few months ago. The color of the extensions did not match my hair color, which is fine because it could’ve been dyed to match. The owner spent over 4 hours “dying” my hair to the color of the extensions, but it only lightened a little bit (I have always dyed my hair blonde and never had this issue). After spending about 8 hours at the salon, it was past 9pm and she said it looked great but that I could come in the next day at 1PM to fix the color. She said it was barely noticeable.I showed up the next day (after not leaving my house that entire morning and literally bawling my eyes out) at 1 pm. Texted her, she texted back 30 minutes later and said she thought we would meet at 2 pm. I stayed until 2:15 and when she still didn’t show up, I texted again. She said she suddenly had a family emergency and couldn’t make it.When I confronted her about it via text, she cussed at me and was extremely disrespectful. I’m not sure how she is with anything besides extensions, but this is the absolute last place I would ever recommended to someone. I ended up paying another few hundred dollars at a better salon down the street to take the extensions out (the hairstylist was horrified) and for a color correction. See the photo for evidence. I have been getting my hair done by Michelle since the salon opened. Not only does she deliver what I ask for everytime, she does an amazing job. I'm not usually one to take the time to write reviews, good or bad, but I was exceptionally happy with what she just did for me.

I’m a little disappointed in my service all together. I wanted the full experience as far as extensions go. And I was willing to pay & I did. $600 plus another $300 for a follow up appointment. I was under the impression that price included Color, cut, & extensions. I was wrong. No style to my hair, barely trimmed the ends and did no color whatsoever. It looked ok but what did I pay $600 for especially bc I also never got the follow up appointment. After trying to get in touch with the owner for months without any success I finally said just give me the extensions & I will do my own hair. But she also ignored that idea so here I am paid $900 to get some extensions put in and really nothing else. I’m very disappointed with this whole experience. I won’t be going back & My suggestion would be to use caution when doing business here.

Gossip Lounge is a great salon. The owners are great. The salon itself is great. Its beautiful on the inside. So much pink. Theres always going to someone that hates, but for real this is the place to get great extensions and color.

The "gossip" was worth it. Very intimate and personal and entertaining. Good at hair too. Great prices.

I took my wife to get her hair done and it turned out stunning. Michele was the woman who did her hair, she put color on and cut her hair of courses styled it and I can saw we officially made a switch because I will definitely be bringing my wife back there EVERY TIME to get her hair done, seeing the look on her face when she was all done I knew that she absolutely adored it, man she was so happy and to be able to share that moment with my wife was awesome she felt incredibly beautiful ya know what they say “happy wife, happy life” go see MicheleService: Balayage

When you have issues with this place instead of working with the customer they ghost you. When hair extensions are paid for in advance and the service is not preformed they should refund the customer. Instead they ghost them. This place is a scam
