I have a serious question. So I have been coming to the store as a frequent customer for a minimum of a year. I’ve spent a lot of money there, and I belong to the highest here of Customer in the Sephora programs or whatever you want to call Them that are based on the amount of money you spend also I have literally never stolen a single thing from the store. At what point or I guess I should say at what dollar amount do I have to spend to get to the point where I’m not followed around like a thief for every single move I make. I feel like if I’m spending that much money in your stores that would make me the kind of customer that you would treat extra well not extra shitty. Or do you guys just not want me shopping there? Why don’t you guys wait until someone actually steals to treat them like a thief?

The staff is very helpful! I came here last month before my vacation to get a new lipstick and travel sized perfume. The sales lady was so nice and helped me try some new scents and ended up loving this Gucci one. I will be back!
