The store associates are extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, friendly, and helpful. The store visit and pleasant experience allowed my wife and I to narrow our search for a paint color scheme to apply to the exterior of our home.

Just went to get a color match. It is a breath of fresh air seeing how helpful these folks are. Hard working, constant communication. Didn't stop trying until I was absolutely satisfied. I don't see using another paint store ever again if they continue operating at this level.

We buy lots of paint from this store. They even offer us free delivery usually the same day or next day after the order. Several days ago we had a customer that wanted us to match the paint on his house on the shed he was purchasing from us and didn't have any left over paint to see what color it was. I called Matt on his cell phone and asked if he would be willing to check it out. 3 hours later he called back with the paint code. Very helpful service. Thank you!

Bad attitude and Terrible customer service I went to get some things and Hunter said they weren’t available and I saw them behind the counter… that’s very unprofessional. They need to have better attitudes with everyone

Terrible employees, no stock of basically anything useful, and just a bad sherwin Williams in general. I would go to anyone but this one. If you got work to do and no time for ignorant people who don’t know what they are doing then I would choose a different store. There’s a Benjamin Moore right down the road and they’re amazing

I have been very pleased with the Lacey store helping me find the right color of stain I needed to match my existing color that is on my cabin, it is richer looking then the previous stain, I have receive may compliments of people passing by.
