Mindy is magic and makes me wish my hair grew faster. If I lived locally I’d probably get a trim from her every week.

I think her name was Tina. She went above and beyond for my 7 year old son's haircut for a wedding the following weekend and also for the first day of school. He wanted to keep his mullet and his little Anakin braid in the front. I just wanted it to look nice. She spent a lot of time blending it and giving him layers so that it didn't look so choppy. I loved how thorough she was. We were travelling from out of state and sometimes you go to a different location and the service is different. Coming from a small town, I felt like we were still back home with how welcoming and nice she was. Wished I could take her back to our Idaho Sports Clips she was so sweet, she was better than our home town Sports Clips(don't tell). Lol. 1000% amazing service. One of most most memorable visits.

My stylist Mindy is amazing. Always professional and so knowledgeable about styling and getting the perfect haircut from questions and suggestions I have. Her area & equipment is always clean. I always get the MVP and it’s worth it. Mindy always does fantastic in each of the steps for the MVP. I can tell she loves what she does. I highly recommend this is place.

Time management needs to be improved on. My 41 min wait time turned into 90 mins somehow. Resulting in not being able to get the add-ons that you offer. You're check in system doesn't make sense. I somehow went from being on deck for 30 min back to 10 min and being in deck again.

Walked in to check in. They said hello but didn’t offer to help. After a couple minutes I had to ask if someone could please answer a question about an email coupon. They did help answer.
I was getting my son a cut so I tried to add his name. The system added both of our names. I had a 2 min wait, his was 14 min. let her know I was getting my 12 yr old son from the parking spot nearby for our 2 min wait time, in that one minute to get my son and wake up my 11 year old, she removed me and left us with the longer wait time.
Sitting there she silently bumped someone with a 24 minute wait ahead of us as well with my freshly woken child already upset at the change of wait time (I would have let her rest longer if the time was was communicated it was going to be delayed). The time changed to a 17 minute wait and the other person bumped ahead (to immediately say “on deck” from 24 minutes) did not appear to be in the waiting area. After approximately 5 minutes we still had a 17 minute wait time.
At no point was anything communicated to us about why we continued to be bumped from our original 2 min wait time.
We’ll be headed back to Sleater Kinney where we have had great experiences.

Clean - modern - upbeat
Stylist: Mindy - from Sports Clips- Hawks Prairie location always does a great cut. She listens to my specific request and goes over and above to make sure I get the best cut. I noticed how she is respected by both customers and other stylists working in the shop.

Went for years and then had a horrid experience and never went back. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Your time and loyalty mean nothing there.
