The store has improved overall, with friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Shoppers appreciate the bathroom and Starbies, and the addition of Ulta Beauty in the middle of the store. However, some find the layout messy after multiple updates, and the blend of women's items and other products still feels unorganized. The checkout system, with separate lines for self-checkout and registers, can lead to clustering. There is also a need for better working motorized wheelchair carts, as current ones do not hold a charge long enough for shopping. Despite these issues, some customers enjoy the people working at Target and the convenient pharmacy location within the store.
Tonight my son misplaced his phone. Luis and Marissa searched with us and Marissa founds it. I am over the moon with the service of these 2! Amazing humans ❤️
