We are very happy with everything from start to finish!
Our home had some very unfortunate water damage from a poor patch in the roof from previous owners. It ended up affecting a good bit more than the roof. We had so much water soaked into the roof supports that it froze, and we would have water leakage when there was no rain because it was thawing on warmer days.
Jesus was able to come asses the situation within 24 hours, take measurements, and provide an estimate. Very reasonably priced and able to take time to place a temporary cover over the main problem until they were able to start the work.
Once started, they were non-stop each day. The team was always timely, punctual, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. We never felt in their way, and we're always respectful of our space and situation. We have a few dogs, and they made it easy to coordinate them, also not being an issue while they were working.
Every step of the way, Jesus would provide updates and ask our input for any situation that came up with the roof repair and front door as there was sufficiently more damage than anticipated. As such, the project took a little longer than forseen, and they were able to continue without affecting other jobs they had scheduled. Could not have asked for a better team to work with.
We will definitely have them help us with our next project. As said in previous reviews, they do way more than roofing, and they do it all with precision and care for their work. It's not just about making the customer happy. They want to be proud of their work as well.
We respect and appreciate all of the teams efforts, wish them continued success, and can't wait to have them back for our next renovation project.

We had a great experience with Jesus and Thurston Roofing. We will call on them again for remodeling and repairs for not only our roof but for other parts of our home. Jesus responded quickly and made plans for a visit to our home the next business day. His inspection of our roof was very thorough and his knowledge of the causes of our leaking problems was amazing. Jesus and his crew arrived bright and early on the day arranged and worked efficiently, repairing several parts of our roof. They did a thorough cleaning and moss treatment. The price of all the work seemed reasonable. The company arrived with 4 trucks and all the materials needed for the work. I would say that Thurston Roofing & Construction is worth the price for their knowledge and thoroughness.

Found app to be slightly difficult to navigate. Contractors want to replace the entire roof rather than fix the issue.

We had a great experience when Thurston Roofing and Construction replaced our roof and carport cover. Their communication was prompt and helpful, and the team arrived early, worked really hard, and kept everything tidy, in short, treated our home like they would their own. We feel like they went above and beyond and we're really pleased with the new roof and carport cover. We would absolutely recommend them to others looking for the same services. Thank you!

As a Real Estate Broker, I work with contractors regularly. I don’t know that I’ve been more impressed with anyone more than I am with Thurston Roofing. They have come out to my home multiple times to perform work on my home and I have referred them to several very happy clients.They are very knowledgeable, punctual, hard working and seem to always do more than expected. They are also very fair with their pricing. If I could leave them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Thurston Roofing & Construction!

We wanted an overhang off the back of our house plus new, smaller steps from house to patio. We also needed a slab of concrete for our dogs pool & for them to re-do the patio itself. We met with Jesus, the owner & he gave us a very reasonable estimate. We'd gotten another quote but it didn't seem right. They were able to start pretty quick & were very professional & responsive to our questions. They put three lights that matched perfectly & a railing on the steps. They painted all that needed to be painted & they matched our existing shingles. I would recommend them for sure!

"When we needed our craftsman home on Puget Sound and the matching detached garage re-roofed we didn't just want anyone to do the job. But we decided to call the 7 roofers with the highest YELP ratings. We had them all come over and make presentations with written quotes AND any cost contingencies that might be encountered. A couple of them were almost comical in how much they tried to justify quotes that were simply ridiculous and their strong arm tactics were met with a "we will think about it," from us. After calling a couple of them back, it was clear that only one rose to the top. That one company was THURSTON ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION.Once we had decided to use them to replace our roof we even tried to give them a deposit, which is what some of the others asked for. They politely declined. Soon their crew descended on our home after the forecast for 2 nice days, (it was November). They asked us what time was convenient for them to start and that is when they arrived. They finished our house in one day and the next day they had our garage scheduled.We did not realize that our garage, which already existed when our house was built, had extensive dry rot damage. When they took off the shingles, they found that most of the plywood was damaged and that some dry rot even extended into the roof rafters. They repaired it all at a more than fair price, took pictures of everything before and after and still finished in one day, cleaned up everything and disappeared like they had not EVER been there! Now for the amazing part, can you believe that their bid was the lowest of the 7, yes, that's right. The LOWEST! We would have picked them, even IF they had not been the lowest! Do what we did and see for yourself!

Best contractor experience ever. Knows roofing and customer service. His team excellent and experienced as well. Upgraded shingles, flashing, added vents, improved run off. Best price. Also does siding, windows and other remodeling. Local contractor! We are so pleased to have done business with them.

Called them for a bid. They came out and sent an email with the bid. Then I emailed and texted to find out what their lead time was. They ignored my text and email. So I finally called them and they blew me off and told me mid December. Not very good customer service etiquette!

I had contacted Thurston Roofing & Construction on behalf of my mom. They Responded quickly and met within a few days. What I am grateful for is that she wanted to do something that would be wrong to save money. He was honest with her and told her couldn't do that.
