“We broke down around 11 at exit 111 and waited for over three hours for AAA with our three kids at a gas station. We called summit finally to see if they could beat another hour quote from AAA and Carol was amazing and got us a truck in about twenty minutes! My oldest said we should send her a gift basket we were so happy with how fast and efficient she was! Tim was our tow driver and friendly and fast and kind. Wonderful experience all around. “Love these folks! I have an old truck and needed an after market hood replacement. They were very mindful of getting the very best. Neither option was a perfect fit, but the second was pretty good. “Stuck in Ocean Shores late in the evening, tried using my insurance's roadside assistance to have it towed home but waited over 4 hours with them unable to find anyone. I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.”
“Small buisness, owner operator here. With a very full and booked schedule I broke down on the side of I-5. Naturally started freaking out and calling my clients. Reached out to sound truck and auto. I was towed and repaired within 24 hours, will be returning to work tomorrow.
That said, upon picking up my vehicle, I was privileged to meet the owner and some of their crew. As a fellow tradesman I can tell you, these guys are the old school type. Willing to get dirty, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, do what it takes to get the job done, reasonable pricing, customer service and customer relations. Traits in a shop you almost never see these days anymore. My opinion, ditch the corporate shops when and where you can, when you can find a small gem like this in 2024, you stick with them. 5 star, highly recommend.

“I had my car hit and run a few weeks ago. I eventually took it to Olympia Auto Body because the lady at the front desk was nice and got my car in same day for an estimate. I am so glad I did. They did an excellent job in about half the time they had estimated. It is beautiful. They also detailed the car inside and out. They have earned our business for life (although we're hoping to never need auto body work again)”

“I can’t say enough good things about this small business and the staff. Heather answers the phone quick and is so helpful. I had body damage that needed repaired from someone hitting me. Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks! Oh and my car looks good too. lol TACC staff went above and beyond for me and were great to work with.”
