“I called PATRIOT TOWING to get a tow from my house to the VW Dealership in Olympia. Bill asked me for my address and the address where I want to be towed. After giving him the details, at the expense of his company, he said it would be cheaper to call a tow truck closer to where I lived. He could have easily taken the job and took my money but he was looking out for me financially. After all, this economy has hit every one. After thanking him for his honesty and telling me I could get a cheaper tow because of my location, he even recommended the names of towing company's near me. He could have easily hung up the phone. Instead, he asked me what problems was I having and tried to help me come up with a solution. I'm so impressed by his willingness to help others without profit. He gave me some great ideas. I don't know many businesses that actually care about people like PATRIOT TOWING. Bill is one of those guys who puts the people first over profits. I'm so greatful I came across this towing company because he's genuinely sincere about helping others. I highly recommend calling Bill with this towing company if you need a tow. In my opinion, you won't get anyone better to help you with your towing needs. Thanks Bill. You are one of a kind.”

“In late January, I experienced not 1, but two consecutive flat tires on I5 on a busy morning commute in a rental car. I did not love the service I received from the rental car company, but Ken and the entire process/team with Great Northwest Towing were incredible. They made sure I was safe and heard, and they helped me navigate the process of getting the tires fixed, getting the vehicle towed, and getting me safely to the rental facility to get a new vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough, and I hope Ken's employers know what an asset he is to the team.”

“Stuck in Ocean Shores late in the evening, tried using my insurance's roadside assistance to have it towed home but waited over 4 hours with them unable to find anyone. I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.”

Their insurance was State Farm and TACC is one of their preferred choices. I heard a few good things already and I’m so glad I chose them for getting this done. The same day I called (only to inquire) they had availability to do the estimate but they weren’t pushy at all. Heather worked directly with State Farm and set up my rental car so I didn’t have to do a thing. They were flexible, accommodating, accurate with their estimate, knowledgeable, generous, and kept me updated. The whole process was a breeze and done in like 2-3 weeks!
