“Rented a truck here last year for a short distance move. Booked online in advance, truck was ready at scheduled time (9:00 a.m.), I was aware of the $150 deposit because I did read the policies on the website before I reserved, although the $150 was refunded back to my card in just a couple of days. I provided my insurance info, license, credit card, they walked me around the truck to confirm the condition and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Truck price was exactly as expected, it was actually a little less because I ended up over estimating the milage I would need. Filled it with gas and returned on time the next morning without issue.
