I cannot say enough good about this branch. They have now been working with my now adult kids for years. They have helped them build their credit the right way. Micah specifically is ABSOLUTELY amazing in explaining how all the things in life work with credit cards and car payments and on and on. Both kids love going into chat with him and he is always so willing to share all his knowledge!

I had a rough experience while working with Lacey Crossroads TwinStar branch to pay off a boat loan. On 5/5/22 I went to the aforementioned branch to pay off my boat loan as I had a seller lined up. The teller handed me a paper with my printed outstanding balance. I wrote the check and the teller stated I should receive my title in a couple of weeks. I waited until 5/26/22 for the title but called Customer Support since I hadn't received the title yet. The customer support agent informed that the loan is had an outstanding balance of remaining on the loan. The CS agent informed me that I have an option to get an Affidavit in Lieu of Title if I needed to sell the boat but the fasted option was to go back to the bank, pay off the remaining balance and request the Affidavit. I returned to the branch on 5/26/22 and went back to the teller that helped me on 5/5/22. I informed him that the loan was still active and I had an outstanding balance. I paid off the remainder of the balance and asked the teller what happened. The teller didn't know exactly what happened and apologized. The frustrating part of this transaction is the sale did not go through as I was waiting for the title. The teller did not give me the option of the Affidavit during the first visit. Gave me the wrong payoff amount and sent me on my way thinking I paid my loan off. I expect more from this branch after paying off a five figure outstanding balance. This experience was a huge waste of time and for that I won't do business again with TwinStar.

I've banked with TSCU for over 20 years because they have always provided great customer service. During those years I've gone to them for car and personal loans, and they helped me with an incident identity theft of and theft of funds when someone got my account number. I trust them and still have no plans to switch to another bank.

Extremely pleasant place with exactly the type of accounts I wanted. The staff is quick and extremely pleasant. There is seldom very much of a wait. This is the best banking experience I have had from any place I have been. I am extremely happy I switched to them. Their online site is well designed and easy to manage accounts and money. They use a spoken code word when doing business with them to confirm your identity. A rather different approach that works well.

TwinStar is an absolute joke of a bank. I started having problems with them in August of last year, have spoken to their customer service team monthly since then (about SEVERAL ISSUES) and am STILL having problems with them. The interesting thing is - no matter what issue I have and no matter what department I'm talking to the feedback is the same, "we're sorry ma'am we can't help you." How is it that a "member centered" company can't help their members? From recurring transactions being flagged (despite assurances that they would not be flagged)... to their Visa dispute process... to closing my debit cards... to their customer service team "accidentally" turning off my credit card on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS... Their employees have made mistake after mistake on my accounts and seem to have zero care about it. I'm so disappointed and disheartened that they are treating a 14 year customer with such disrespect and disregard (because when I tell them I'm taking my business elsewhere, no one I've talked to even seems to notice or care). DO NOT BANK HERE. You can thank me later.

We have been member for around 8 years. I think it's the best service around, always Friendly, Professional, and outstanding Service . We moved to Tennessee 3 years ago but have kept our accounts open that's how good they are. Wish they were here The August's

I've always been happy with Twinstar, but this particular branch is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and happy to help it really makes my banking experience much more pleasant. We are new to the area and so happy to find great service close to home. Thank you!
