There are so many sour apples in these comments! Omg people, get it together! I have been coming to this location for a year and have witnessed multiple customers have melt downs over paying for tape, paper, boxes you name it! And each and every employee who works here have handle them with grace. Before you go in and get upset at an employee for following rules ask yourself this: did i eat today? am i prepared? do i have a dollar in my bank account? and if you answer no to any of these questions then turn around and take a breather before walking in, there's humans behind that counter. Amazon can be tricky, but this is a STORE, youre going to have to pay money at a STORE when they provide a service (ie printing,boxes,packaging,tape). Dear Ups Employees especially the young brown gentleman with the accent Raj I think???, have been very kind to me and this location is close by my home. I wish you all well, and the only thing you can do is your best. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been really impressed with the customer service I receive at this location every time I come. The employees are consistently professional, helpful, and efficient. Today I was particularly impressed with Crystal. She was very patient when I made a mistake while processing my Amazon returns. This is remarkable, especially given the bustle of the holiday season. Thank you to all the employees of this UPS location!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I go in here, I leave frustrated. Today it was because they said it would cost $40 to send a bubble envelope because it can't go through the conveyor belt. The person ringing us up tried to save us some $$ by sending it in a box. The associate next to him chimed in and told him to make sure we still were charged for the bubble mailer even though we didn't need it and couldn't use it. It came to $39. The person helping us was polite but the store really should label those bubble mailers or something because I obviously would never have bought a $5 envelope to pay $40 for shipping it. That's so ridiculous. This store is exhausting.

They steal your money in your face! Be aware that they charge a fee for every service they give you. I opened a mailbox, and they charged a $20 dollars fee just for opening plus the $240 for a year. Then I went to print one page, and they charged me $1 fee just for printing it plus 22 cents the page. I was surprised when I sent a small package, and they charged me $25. Now I know why it was so expensive!

I went in this morning to drop off Amazon returns. Because they were large the very nice customer service gentleman needed to ask advice. He brought up a dark haired lady who didn't even try to help. She just responded rather rudely that they couldn't take it. The label from Amazon said The UPS Store, no packaging. We discussed it and she continued to be of no help and didn't care. I went down the street to the UPS Store on Martin and the friendly gal there helped me and took it all.

I was dropping off an Amazon return, and the African American young lady that assisted me was blunt/curt. Don't know if she was having a bad day, but the employees are usually pretty friendly at this store. It's not the first time I've encountered this type of customer service from the same employee. She may need some customer service training or just let her know to fake it at least. We don't expect too much, but at least a hello and have a great day. This was on 11/4/2023 around 2pm. Not busy at the time, but as I was leaving, there were maybe 4 people in line.

It is always a pleasure to use this UPS store because the staff are wonderfully patient, friendly, professional, and helpful. I hope management treats staff well, and pays staff well. They deserve this.

This store takes AWAY all the convenience of a UPS Store. Can’t even just drop off prelabeled packages without waiting in line.

I had a WONDERFUL experience at the Lacey WA UPS store #5544. The staff is very friendly. John helped me with the shipping of 9 boxes. He is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This store goes above and beyond in customer service.

Mrs. Pathak assisted me today in notarizing a document. I was able to walk in and have the document notarized without any appointment. She was very efficient and took the time to make sure all the information was correct and I was good to go. If you need a notary public, I would highly recommend her services. Keep up the good work and positivity Mrs. Pathak!
