The atm at this bank pretty much never works. And when you think it’s working.. oops nope now that you tried to do it it’s not working before. Not surprised that it ate my money, didn’t deposit it and now I have to wait for a claim to be submitted on money that was needed to pay a bill. I’m dumb for even coming here.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever received. I was treated as if I have not been a customer there for over 8 years. The. Worst. Ever.

The fact that I have to call this branch just to see if their ATM is working is flat out ridiculous. That’s how often their one and only drive up ATM is down. No walk up options.

You guys are horrible tell me one thing on the phone and then I come through and tell me you can’t help me especially when you hear a screaming baby and expect me to drive 30 minutes home to get some paperwork that tells you my Marian name because my driver id has a different name. Screw you guys.

Lobby is closed indefinitely, this is unacceptable. ATM is currently not working also... really? I bank at national banks so I don't have to deal with issues like this.

I've been banking with US Bank for 16 years. Service is great. Debit cards fail constantly.

I really wish I could give a negative review to this Bank. They are crooks, and very dishonest. The manager Rey was completely uncaring of the situation, and refused to admit any wrongdoing. Please please choose any other bank than this.

They locked my card for GOING TO WALMART AND BUYING ON AMAZON. 2 days in a row... I called and confirmed all my transactions and now I have to wait for a new card while my bills pile up. I hate this bank I always have so many problems.

I've worked at a bank before, and I can definitely see that they genuinely care about their customers here. I had a very pleasant conversation with Vicky, who assisted me with a transaction, and she was very thorough and helpful. Keep up the great work, guys!

Vicky at this branch was incredible!!! She took care of things I didn’t even know needed taking care of and just goes the extra mile for me every time I call or come into the branch. I had a debit card issue that I needed to call back the next day for. When I called a day later VICKY HAD ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF IT!!!! I always have such positive experiences with everyone there but wanted to especially shout out Vicky.

I've been to this branch twice to try to resolve an issue with a loan that was paid off in 2013. The loan department employee gave me bad information and was unhelpful in connecting me to the right person who could help.The branch Manager refused to help me because as he stated, "I understand we're the same company, but that's not our department and I have nothing to do with this and have no knowledge of it". Ok, I get that. But how about helping me out by making a little effort to help connect me to the right people and help me resolve the issue. I suggested he call the right department internally to find out what needs to be done to resolve it and provided a name, department and a phone number. Instead I was just sent off to figure out how to navigate it on my own. I've been trying to get this resolved for MONTHS now, and I can't sell my deceased mother's house because of this. It's costing hundreds of dollars a month to maintain it while we're waiting for this. We're so CLOSE. Corporate provided me with a letter confirming the loan has been paid off, now I just need a signature on a Release of Interest from someone at the company and I thought I could bring in all of the documentation from U.S. Bank Corporate and get someone in the local branch to sign it.On the letter I got from someone at corporate who was able to help me (Business Services), it says: "At U.S. Bank, our commitment to best-in-class customer services -- All of us serving you -- means each U.S. Bank employee is here to listen and connect you with the information, resources and products you need to reach your banking goals. Every time you visit U.S. Bank in person, online or by phone, it's ALL of us serving you!".This is NOT my experience at the Lacey branch of U.S. Bank both of the times I've been in there. I am very disappointed (and exasperated) with the lack of effort or care the people at this branch have had in helping me resolve this. I would not recommend banking here.

Wait time at drive thru and inside the bank was deplorable. Their customer service level was at level zero at this particular branch. It is very sad when you are the only customer inside the bank and no one even acknowledges you, so I left. Came back inside a few minutes later and was finally acknowledged but still had to wait in line by myself. A teller (who is friendly and normally waits on me) came out from the back area and assisted me. Usually, I'm a patient and understanding person, but this branch has thoroughly gone out of it's way to provide no customer service to me. Additionally, this was a few days after someone infiltrated my bank card information and had a field day with it, so to receive this type of service was enough. I've now managed to locate a fabulous Credit Union with great customer service and am working towards severing my ties with US Bank permanently.
