Although the man that answered was quick and communicative, he had a very bad attitude behind his tone of voice. I don’t appreciate that especially over the phone. It was very unprofessional to me. I’m grateful that he helped though.

No star as customer service is suck. Seemed like front employees just want to be there but don’t like seeing customers walking in. By the way front cashier Ladies, the fact is without customers coming in Lacey Post, you all have NO Job.

Staff are kind but the organization/management is terrible for anything besides basic transactions. I now drive further, to other post offices, because things mailed from here take *days* longer to arrive than other locations.

My car has been in the shop and I have been unable to get in contact with anyone all week. I've called and called and called to get them to deliver my package and nothing seems to be working. My partner is disabled and can't drive and needs her meds for her disability. How exactly are disabled folk supposed to get in contact about their mail? Do they just not get access to mail services period? We both work so we can't spend an hour riding the bus cause it will be closed by the time we get there. I jumped through the hoops they wanted us too why can't I just get our mail corrected?

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A GOOD ENOUGH REVIEW TO SHUT THE WHOLE FACILITY DOWN I WOULD. SOME WOMAN FROM THIS POST OFFICE CALLED ME AT 7:19PM TO DISCUSS A PACKAGE THAT I SENT OFF AN ENTIRE MONTH AGO. SHE ASKS ME FOR A TRACKING NUMBER (WHICH OBVIOUSLY DIDN’T MAKE SENSE BECAUSE IF I HAD IT I WOULDN'T NEED TO TALK TO YOU), SO I TELL HER I DIDN'T HAVE IT. I INFORMED HER I HAD THE ADDRESS THAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO AND THE ADDRESS IT CAME FROM, MY BANK STATEMENTS, ANS THE DATE I SHIPPED IT. THIS WOMAN REPLIES, “THAT SUCKS” AND PRETTY KUCH SAYS WITHOUT THR TRACKING NUMBER THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE FOUND. I ASK HER CAN THE TRACKING NUMBER BE RESENT AND SHE SAYS NO. SO WE GO BACK AND FOURTH REGARDING HOW THIS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE AND SHE STARTS YELLING AT ME ABOUT HOW IM UPSET AND SHES NOT YELLING AT ME (AFTER I ASKED HER NOT TO YELL AT ME) AND PROCEEDS TO HANG UP. EVERY AVENUE THAT I CAN UTILIZE TO FILE A COMPLAINT, I WILL.

If you are shipping with these folks please keep in mind that they do not do anything different with your package regardless if it’s marked fragile or “right side up”. I waited about 15 minutes in line with pre-paid packages as this location doesn’t clean their pre-paid counter off.
They allow it to stack up and overflow.
I bring my packages to the lady at the counter, and she literally tossed my packages in there bins, with CLEAR fragile stickers all over them, with arrows pointing up.
These are insured packages ranging in value from $400-800.
I politely said “ma’am can you please make sure that package is upright as the labels show”.
She then states, and I mean word for word, “these are going to the factory, none of your labels matter”. I responded “so regardless of the label shows upright and fragile you guys just toss them anyway you want”. She said “yeah, they will”. As if she didn’t just throw my packages.
Talk about horrible business.
They pay out so much money in claims because their employees are simply too lazy to take an extra 2 seconds to not throw the boxes.
If every service in our world was performed in the manner of which this company offers, we would be doomed.

I dropped off a package on Saturday when the worked were there busy and I left on counter like normal, and its been 1 week and it never got scanned!!! they are thief's!

Lovely little post office with tons of parking. All the letters and packages I’ve sent have arrived at their destination on time, and the people helping me are always professional and informative.

I had a terrible experience at the Lacy USPS on December 10, 2024. I waited 55 minutes in a long line to buy stamps and mail Christmas cards internationally, with only two out of four counters open due to the rest of the staff on lunch breaks. When I asked about the limited staff, it felt like my cards took a month and a half to reach their destination as a form of retaliation.
