VIS is good at holding the tenant accountable to rules and regulations, but who holds VIS accountable to what they are expected to do?
"Community maintenance and renovation" is stated to be part reason for increasing our annual fees, I logged a ticket 6 months ago regarding maintenance needing to be completed on a park in the area.... the issue still persists and it doesn't seem to be a priority for VIS to follow up on.
This is just 1 of many reasons I wouldnt suggest this management group.

Ms Kathleen Noffsinger who is the assistant community manager from Meridian Campus was very instrumental in the prompt approval of my submitted request to install a pergola at our home. She made me acquainted with the review process early on and since then have sent feedback at least each week to inform me of where my request stands in the review step. Even when I knew it would take 30 or more days for the committee to consider my request, I emailed Ms Noffsinger to request to expedite due to possible delay in construction since the material for the pergola is coming from out of state and is pending approval of the committee. She intervened on my behalf and voiced my concern and a few days later, I received the committee's 's approval. I am very grateful for Ms Noffsinger's outstanding customer service as I now wait for the construction material to be delivered and then Installed hopefully very soon. I look forward to working with Ms Noffsinger again for future projects. Thank you Kathleen!

Awful HOA company. Non-responsive, unprofessional, no communication. One of the worst. This HOA company continues to be negligent. They only collect money , no communication unless it’s to threaten fines . They do absolutely NOTHING to make it a community. They do NOTHING to improve it . You are basically paying an outrageous fee to a NARCISSISTIC. company, who could care less about anything. Also note …they only respond to Positive ( fake ) reviews.

I made a call to VIS and reported an urgent request for dog waste bags. Talking to Tiffany I was reassured action was being conducted. She was courteous and very understanding of the need. Hopefully communication will continue to be professional and open to the same degree as today.

Had one of the best experiences of any call to a customer service rep, with any company ever! (I'm 64, so I've been around!) I worked with Camille, who took care of an issue I had for a few days. She is fantastic, and hadled it with expertise and efficiency, then followed up to make sure that the fix happened. I felt very appreciated. Thank you!

I recently became a VIS Group customer and have been working with their team in getting my account set up and configured. The excellent level of customer service I've received when interacting with several members of their team has been truly awesome. Judy took the time to explain some important process items and answered all my questions, loved working with her. During my first billing cycle, I had some follow up items I needed help with and Michelle helped me get everything resolved quickly. I find it so rare to be treated with such a high level of kindness and empathy so my customer experience with VIS Group is greatly appreciated.

This company has got to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They are extremely quick to send you pictures of your home if you’re in “violation” of absolutely anything- ok that’s their job. HOWEVER, try to get them to fix something they are responsible for and you will absolutely have to chase them down. Recently I reached out about our front door, instead of being sent the regulation preemptively I got forwarded the same email I had received at an earlier time. They hound you for the dumbest things and attempt to wear you down in order to achieve what they want. Additionally I’ve been in an on going war with these people about my non holiday plain white lights- that they apparently have all the time in the world to argue with me over. We requested a hearing with our board because we are not agreeing to what this company thinks we are in the wrong for- only to be ignorantly told we should just submit the application paperwork ahead of time (that we disagree we should need- hence the request to meet with the board) they think we will need to be able to be allowed to have my non issue lights up. How does that make any sense? In a nut shell, employees that have no idea how to read are in charge and unfortunately all of them seem to be getting chased by wisdom yet somehow they are all faster. Hate hate hate, this company. Cant reiterate it enough.
And if you’re interested in how petty these people are, take some time to read their childish responses to people who have left poor reviews. It’s all defensive wording in attempts to blame the homeowner and take 0 responsibility. Gotta love that!

I have worked with several property management companies throughout the Puget Sound area and the team at the VIS Group is truly exceptional! Each member of this team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and every interaction I have had demonstrates their genuine care for clients and commitment to meeting their needs. I highly recommend the VIS Group to anyone looking for an outstanding property management company experience!
