Long lines. That tends to be most walgreens. They had what I needed

What I hope to be my last visit to this pharmacy was awful. My daughter has had the same primary insurance and Medicaid for the past six years at Walgreens with zero issues. Suddenly, out of nowhere, I was told they “no longer accept Medicaid.” Fine — policies change. But the way this was communicated was beyond rude.
The pharmacist (pretty sure her name was Kim) spoke to me in the most dismissive and condescending tone. When I tried to explain that we’ve always used our primary insurance and paid a co-pay, she cut me off with, “you are not understanding the issue.” Excuse me? That’s not clarification — that’s talking down to a customer.
I called back the next day hoping to get someone else who could actually explain things. No such luck — I got the same pharmacist again. Same attitude, same vague, unhelpful answers. When I asked if their policies had changed, she snapped back: “NO. Our policies haven’t changed.” Which only left me more confused — if nothing changed on our end or theirs, then why on earth could they suddenly not refill my daughter’s prescriptions after six years of consistency?
Look, insurance messes are frustrating enough on their own. But being belittled and stonewalled by the pharmacist made the whole thing so much worse. A simple, respectful explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling angry, disrespected, and like I’d wasted my time… and ready to switch pharmacies.
Walgreens needs to seriously rethink how they train their pharmacists in both communication and basic customer service.
That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due: the pharmacy assistants at this location have always been kind, friendly, and willing to help. If I could leave a review for just them, it would be 5 stars all the way.

Typical pharmacy. Has a single drive-thru lane south of the building. The walk-up counter is in the very back of the store.

I don't think I have EVER had my medications ready on time. Not once. Even HOURS after scripts were submitted. I once had to come back 4 different times because they couldn't meet their own deadlines. Done with this location.

This place is the worst! Long lines, long wait times and unfriendly staff. Do not recommend 🤷🏼♀️

Staff is nice but the store is increasingly dingy. Always long lines and they no longer do “I see three” to avoid lengthy waits. The whole store feels kind of dirty and old including these dirty mirrors.

What I like about this Walgreens is the friendly people who work there and they are the same people each time I go there so I don't think they have a lot of turnover.
