prescriptions ready on time. Not even when it’s day to two later. Their customer service is horrible as well.

Store was empty and hard to find staff, and out of the only cough medicine my child can take. Staff treated me like they wanted me out ASAP!!

When to the Lacey Walgreens tonight and Brooke at the front checkout was so helpful and sweet with helping my Mom use her OTC card. Give that girl a raise! Good job Brooke! Thank you for top notch customer service!

What happened to customer service! A prescription I get filled every month costs less than 90 cents with insurance. For some reason they didn't run my insurance this time. I paid $37.99 and didn't notice until we had left. But now instead of refunding me for THEIR mistake, I have to jump thru their damn hoops! It is clearly Walgreen's mistake but now I have to wait even longer until the store manager is back!I never had these problems with RiteAid! 🥺

When you have to come back several time to get important medications because the dont have them ready. And several people in line getting the same response. Come back again...I know we told you 2 hours it would be ready in a hour...but truck tomorrow?????? Heart medication is important. Day 3 and still not ready

Do not use the pharmacy here. They do not know what customer service. You walk up to the window and stand there, and they do not even acknowledge you standing and waiting. Then I finally get help to pick up my wife meds and they do not fill all the perceptions. Then, I had to drive all the way back to pick that up. Then, when I asked why it was not filled when I came in the first time, they blamed it on the hospital. Take some accountability.

I have gone to this Walgreens for years. The employee named Shawn is so kind and hilarious! He always helpful and makes my visit even better because I leave laughing every time! ?

Very happy with my recent switch to Walgreens pharmacy. Although they're very, very busy due to the closure of another local pharmacy, the staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. I am SO GLAD my old pharmacy closed. They sucked. Walgreens has been great.
