Very happy with my recent switch to Walgreens pharmacy. Although they're very, very busy due to the closure of another local pharmacy, the staff are consistently pleasant and helpful. I am SO GLAD my old pharmacy closed. They sucked. Walgreens has been great.

Went in today for the last couple things I needed for vacation. There was only one hair product anywhere to be found in the store. Apparently a floor set means take everything from the isle of hair care so no one can purchase anything. Then got to the front to check out and she opened my hair product and saw that someone stuck their finger in it and didn't sell it to me. Then while I was looking down to get my ID and everything ready for her I ordered cigarettes and she slipped the cigarettes into my bag and I didn't think to look at them until I was walking out the door and she gave me the wrong cigarettes. Then refuses to to exchange the cigarettes that was her error in giving me the wrong ones . The ladies name was Anne I believe. I know from here on out don't go here for my last minute travel needs because u most likely won't be able to finish ur list.

DO NOT go to this Walgreens. Pharmacy says their open and their closed! Happened twice now. Never again. Also scheduled a booster shot had appointment and keep me waiting for 45 mins so I just left! Absolutely done. Transferred all prescriptions to the other Walgreens on Martin Way!

The pharmacy here should be avoided at all costs. No one answers the phone and they lose medications or take an unreasonable amount of time to fill them. Go elsewhere.

I wish I could give 0 stars.The communication is awful at this location. Staff ignores customers, they toss blame between insurance and providers, don’t communicate refill issues until it’s too late to resolve and not miss doses, etc.It’s always the same excuse regarding staffing issues. I get that’s a problem, it is nationwide… This needs corporate attention because some medications are to important for people to be missing.

Pharmacy service is absolutely horrific. I went in to get a prescription for migraine meds filled and was told it would be done within an hour. Migraine got so bad I ended up unable to drive back to pick it up. Went back 3 days later and they had no record of me in their system and had lost the prescription. I've had a migraine for 3 days straight at this point and need the rescue meds. Turns out they entered all my information into someone else's profile. Was told they could fix it and fill the prescription within an hour. Came back in an hour, still in pain, only for them to tell me that they don't have enough of the medicine in stock to fill the prescription and that I have to drive 30min from my house to another location. They call me while I'm in line at the other location to say they sent the wrong prescription to that location, that they actually do have mine, and that I'll need to come back. And then since they messed up my patient info, couldn't run my insurance. I'm told that my meds which are usually free will be $250. At this point it's been 3 hours, I'm in horrible pain, and nobody but the manager has even acknowledged the mistake. Ended up paying the $250 just to be done interacting with this team of staff. Awful experience.

Parked, walked up to the doors and there was an employee standing(rather leaning on) at the doors and told me they were closed. This was a Sunday at 3pm. The sign on the door said "Closed Due to lack of staff" There was an employee inside checking people out and this guy just standing there with his back leaned against the door. Lack of staff, yet he can just stand outside to tell us they are closed?! Ridiculous.

This is the slowest, most inefficient Walgreens's ever. Everytime, expect to wait at least 20-25 minutes even with 1 person in front of you in line, or with an appointment, or at the drive through with 0 cars ahead of you.

Absolutely ridiculous! No sense of urgency or organization. Absolute fools. Steer clear of this place and i will be going to mail prescription with this shove of ignorance.

I loathe the day when it’s time to request a refill on any medication. It’s an absolute miracle if you have a medication submitted online or from your doctor’s office and it actually gets filled automatically. Simple refills can take 2 weeks to complete. The online system is completely useless as every single medication I submit on here goes back to the doctor for approval. Then I have to call my doc and verify it was approved, then call the pharmacy to verify they received it (almost every time they do not), call my doc back again to have them submit once again, and call the pharmacy. If I do not do this the refill request will just sit untouched. Even after all of this, there is the inevitable hang up with billing my insurance that I have to sort out. It’s gotten to a point where I will pay without insurance just to ensure I get the medications I need. Unacceptable!

FYI Passport photos. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes PER photo. Employees were helpful and pleasant. Walgreens advertises ready in minutes...lots of minutes so be careful if you come in with a family.

Please train your staff on how to give receipts. After being told I couldn't get a receipt for my purchase I had to cancel my order.

The male supervisor has bad breath and touches customers phones as without their permission. Another female employee/supervisor is rude and look at you as though you are an inconvenience. Walgreens need to replace them with better employees who offers polite and respectable customer service. It is rude bad built people like them that causes everything to be purchased online or using self-checkouts.
