This bakery has failed me 2 years in a row,
Last year I ordered a shark cake for my sons bday & the day of his party, they said they couldn’t do it & threw together a baby shark cake that was very bad, this year I ordered cupcakes only to be called 30 min prior to pickup that they canceled my order cause no one showed up to do them . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I liked this place, I never had highlights done and they came out great. My stylist took her time to listen to what I wanted and but the color was a little lighter than what I asked for.

This Walmart has our health and sanitation interests at heart. It is one of the few grocery and food outlets in the Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater communities that actually follows FDA and Washington State laws addressing pets being brought into the store. Entrance to the store are posted with a sign that clearly reads "service dogs only." Intelligent and honest people with integrity know what that means! I feel comfortable that few pet owners will thumb their nose at such a notice.

This store allows way too much soliciting! It's annoying! There are a groups of black women with long skirts who walk around asking people to come to church and if you say no they want to have a whole conversation with you. I know the store can't stop it but they can stop if from up front. You can't even shop there in peace without someone asking you to buy or sign something.

My daughter needed pokey sticks for a school project I didn't even know what they were and when I googled the name it stated Walmart had them . I called in advance and the woman on the phone was very sweet spoken and placed me on hold. When she came back, she confirmed the item and what aisle to obtain them. Thank you Walmart- appreciate accurate information and in the friendly manner it was given ! It may seem trivial but you saved me time and the service just right. I was in and out of store quickly!

Piss poor customer service!! Went to return an online purchase. Failed to communicate that my refund could take over a week, failed to communicate that I'd have to pay a restocking fee and failed to communicate the item that was sent free shipping was going to cost me $10 for return shipping. The "fees" were more than 1/2 of the cost of the item! Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I already dislike this place AND now I will not shop there unless it's an absolute emergency. They can shove this $15.40 fee where the sun don't shine.

I am 62 yrs young. I walked in the salon inside Walmart on galaxy and met this young lady named Annell. She proceeded to cut color and style my hair. It was amazing!!!! I have not been this happy with a hair style since I can remember. She was full of confidence knowledge and personality. She was awesome. My family and friends could not stop complementing my hair style. They told me I looked younger. I even used the picture on my social media to show my friends and family in Fl. I will never go to any other salon The complete staff there were so great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I am from Chicago visiting and shopping here with my 5yr old niece. On June 8th, 2018 while shopping here, my niece wanted a free cookie from the bakery and when I asked for two the old lady behind the counter said no because she knew that I wanted one too. The old lady she said the cookies are only for kids 12yrs old and under. She was rude about it too. I shopped at this Walmart again today on June 11th 2018 with my niece and my niece wanted a free cookie and this time a nice younger lady was super nice said she could have two cookies.Then I saw the older lady come over and whisper that the cookies are only supposed to be for kids 12 and under and the kids only get one. And I turned around and saw her staring at me, and probably recognized me from the other day because I had on the same Bears jacket. Anyhow, I thought she was really rude. Other lady was super nice. I don't appreciate shopping here and will never come here again. I visit alot and will go to Safeway & Target from now on when I come to visit. The bakery guy at Safeway gave my niece and I each a free chocolate chip cookie and did it with a smile. The cookies tasted better at Safeway too.

I was so surprised when I stopped here just for some juice and cereal- I found SO MANY GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS I've never seen before. I was so surprised to find all this at Walmart for cheaper prices!!! I was never a regular Walmart customer until now! If you have food restrictions I highly recommend you check out the Walmart in Lacey. I'm gluten/yeast free & egg free & I found the best fudge striped cookies. Tasted like I was a kid again.

I bought a Fleetwood Mac CD from this Walmart, it didn't work. The following day I took it back, they wouldn't refund my money but I had to pick another the exact same CD, but That was the only one. They wouldn't let me exchange it for yet another CD by the same artist. Wendy, I assume a manager, said it was state law that they couldn't refund nor exchange, except for an exact duplicate. I CALL BS!!! I wrote an email to the corporate complaint department. I doubt I'll get a reply. As far as I'm concerned, they owe me $11.98 plus tax for the original purchase price. I'm ready to pull my pharmacy account, as well as, not shop there. Perhaps I'm one small seed in the pod, but, to loose a customer that spends a thousand or more over a year over 12-bucks is real stupid. Way to go Wendy!!
