Closed self checkout, elderly cash register people too old to check people out at a speedy rate, only few registers open, claim theft ruined this location and store yet this is one of the few that has theft issues.. closed doors early before closing time.. No store owner or manager on site ever and does not know how to manage a hot dog stand let alone a Walmart store.. employees blame corporate yet it's the stupid store manager because no other Walmarts in area do this, just lacey wa location... Million other complaints I can type a book out for but let's start here as of recent Feb 2024.. avoid driving and shopping here, unfortunately customers will have to go out of way to drive farther to other Walmarts in tumwater or yelm or up north because this store is so dam lazy.. also they still harass you for a unlawful receipt check at doors...

A great selection of good food and even a little book section to enjoy and browse around, haven't checked out the graphic tees section in a while but so far this place has been nice and has a lot of great supples.

Kiosks were unavailable, sales person told me to come back tomorrow that they had just ran out of think. Spoke to her boss she said photo printer that had problems all season.m to go to a different Walmart.

Thank you to the Bakery Department for making my purple birthday cake. It was beautiful, delicious, and special. I really liked the whipped frosting, and how it was decorated. Everyone was very helpful.

Gave a bill and searched for change. The coins I handed the cashier were too much because I had given a dime instead of a nickel. When I offered to give a nickel in exchange for the dime. The cashier told me that she was not allowed to give money back once the customer had given it. I was just trying to give her exact change, but instead I had to receive pennies out of the cash register instead of giving her the change from my purse. Is this a stupid corporate rule, or is it a cashier who can't think beyond what the computer tells her? If it is a cashier problem, then that is simply inconvenient. If it is a corporate rule, that is something that could open doors to problematic behavior. Either way, if you must shop here, and if you use cash, make sure you know exactly what you are giving to the cashier beforehand.

People are somewhat nice but the curbside pickup is a joke. They have 13 spots and none are open, with 3 people waiting for a spot. Don't have pick up time slots if you don't have the employees for it.

I purchased a motorcycle battery which was advertised for $95.00, and available for pick-up at this store. After purchasing the battery, my first surprise was an additional "core charge" of $12.00. My second surprise was that it was now "unavailable for pick-up" and I had to have it delivered. Third time's a charm-- I find out that they won't return the core charge, unless the old battery was purchased from Walmart. Their advertising is deceptive and conniving, and their "customer service" is inconsiderate, NEVER AGAIN!! They lied about the price. A 95 dollar battery has 21 dollars in taxes! They lied about the core charge. They don't refund non-walmart batteries. They lied about availability. Available for pickup until you buy it, and then, it has to be delivered. They lied about delivery. Supposed to get it today, but it's been "delayed", and they don't tell you how long the delay is. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere in the country!!! If there was a minus star, I'd hit that one!!

I would give a 0 if I could but 1 is the lowest I can go. SIA the "Team Lead" is hands down the rudest, most unhelpful customer service representative I've ever dealt with in all my life, and I've worked at the DMV. We waited in line on Christmas Eve to get our last minute purchases. We needed to get a couple gifts as well as gift cards. There was an issue with purchasing multiple cards due to fraud awareness or whatever which is understandable. MY issue is with the fact that nobody was able to tell us what the problem is. Then comes the "supervisor" who was just as useless as anyone else. Not only was she unwilling to even try to get us a new gift card to try and purchase on a different credit card- she SNATCHED it out of my wife's hand and KICKED US OUT. After we waited in the line well before closing time! Slow claps for this Walmart you've really outdone yourselves this time. If she is able to be a supervisor I can only imagine the kind of service upper management provides.

Horrible customer service at this Walmart. I had a windshield wiper fly off my vehicle on the freeway. Pulled off and stopped at this Walmart in the afternoon for replacement before heading on w my trip. I bought the wrong size wiper blades. My bad. I went back in to return them. The customer service lady gave me a huge attitude about it, implying I was trying to steal from Walmart (somehow????). Manager approved my return. Customer service lady refunded me but was extremely snarky about it questioning even why they were wet (because it's raining outside right????) I'd be in a mood if I was working on Christmas Eve too probably but that attitude was extremely unprofessional.

they do not answer the phone. They show the tires for sale, and delivered in three days. but they do not have tire installation. No advice no knowledge, nothing.

This Walmart is hands down by far the worst I have ever been too. Not only were their shelves completely empty but once I did finally find a few items by myself I might add because the chances of finding any help around there is like looking for a needle in a hay stack I had spent about a hundred dollars as I was being shoved pretty much literally out of the check stands. Oh but this is nothing yet the topper is when I go to walk out and they are physically throwing someone down on The ground Who was infact stealing proceeded to hold both my husband and I back, make me go dig through the garage just to not find my receipt and have to pull up the transaction on my phone proving that I in fact did paid for all my items (dog food, a present for my nephew, and a few other small little things) all the while completely humiliating my husband and I because the person at the checkout was to busy yelling over the intercom and not doing what I assume was her job of helping the people at self checkout. As to why they stopped us and not the other 12 people they let past them as I was digging through the garbage for my receipt is beyond me but they are lucky if I don't have my attorney down on them tomorrow. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP HERE NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE unless they believe that it is ok to treat good paying customers with such lack of respect!!!!

No water on the shelf. Asked three people for assistance before going to the service desk. Two times was told they didn't do stock. Last time was told she just didn't have time to help she was already running behind. Then was told the computer shows 250 cases, but they can't locate them. Lol! Then went to checkout and anyone that says use patients when using the self checkout never tried to checkout with only 4 out of 8 counters actually functioning!

Cleanest Walmart I've ever been too . Always well stocked . Pharmacy is super nice too the people who work there are super helpful .
