i am so disappointed with the way the staff in this office work, i have an appointment at 9am to do a paper to make a new loan, i met a man i work with and he told me to wait 2,3 hours to get the result, but i arrived at 3:30pm and still no result of what i wanted, and worse i told them i don't know much english so i need help. but they ignored what i said and didn't care what i said, and i asked to see the manager here to explain everything they beat around the bush without telling me, i said i don't know english so i need help to finish the job but i didn't get it, i hope the manager here will read what i wrote here

I love how kind the people are and I also love how they always have a Spanish speaking worker. This is really helpful for my family and friends.

You need to open your drive thru window.
It's inconvenient to go inside every time I need access to my own money. The ATM isn't convenient either, for certain transactions. And don't tell me to get the WF app either because it is also limiting.

There is no available people to help. Had to make an appointment for days later . Scheduled for 3 pm and take time out of my work schedule for the banker to not respect my time and continue with his current person for another 15 mins . Mind you this is an appointment that I was told takes 45 mins to a hour for .Then told me that he’s not going to stop doing what he’s doing with the current person . Did not respect my time at all very unprofessional and will not be returning to this branch . His name is ray . Don’t expect your time to be respected by him. After 11 years with this bank I will be considering other options.

Every time I go to this branch - I am stuck being assisted by a swarmy teller with short hair with earrings (Henry?). They make me feel incredibly uncomfortable with how they present themselves and how they speak to me. They linger and talk about more than I care to hear when I am at a bank. I want to get in, perform my transaction, and get out, I do not want to become buddy buddy with my bank teller. Please fix this.
