There are problems with my prescriptions Every. Stinking. Month. I got five automated phone calls and four texts to tell me that my prescriptions were ready, but none of them said which ones. I called them today to make sure that all three would be ready; was told that yes, they'd be ready by 3pm. As I'm disabled, my shopper picked them up for me well after 3pm. Only got ONE of them. Now I'm out of one that's missing and have to wait a few days to get it (and the other one) picked up. Living without the one for a few days is going to be torture. Good thing it won't kill me, huh? This is beyond frustrating. If I had any choice in the matter, I'd go somewhere else. Well okay I could choose Walgreens, but they're actually worse. These people - meaning corporate pharmacies - clearly don't give a rip about their customers. Wish there was a "minus star" or two or three. "Not good" at one star is a massive understatement.

I've called 10 plus times the last couple of days and they never answer! Trying to get a prescription filled should not be this hard!

Worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. They are short staffed and overheard 10 days behind with 1000 orders to be filled. I couldn't get my sisters pain meds filled after a total teeth extraction for dentures. She suffered in agony for 4 hours after I begged them to at least give me one pill to help her.I watched as customer after customer complained to them as they were turned away to come back next day. They were freaking out and asking what should they do as they needed meds now. It was scary to watch.

Sleater Kinney is the worst pharmacy ive ever encountered. Ive had important medication sitting without notification despite being signed up on all of their emails and text alerts. Ive been unable to contact anyone at the pharmacy for the last three days for unfilled heart medications that I should not be missing. My wife has had incorrect dosages prescribed to her for her prescriptions--prescriptions she had to call over 8 times in order to convince the pharmacists to fill. we have identical insurance, but they routinely claim they do not have my wifes information every other transaction. Im over a weekend now, ive tried to call them over 10 times now today, but im going another day without my medications or ability to transfer them to an actual capable pharmacy until Monday. I cant imagine how many other patients are suffering because of their absolute incompetence. Rite aid's BS local response will tell me to contact corporate customer service. Blah blah. You contact them yourself. You clearly are in need of help, and you are a danger to the entire community until you rectify this. Edited to add: Ive had multiple health practitioners tell me to avoid this pharmacy since discussing difficulties working with them. Everyone knows how terrible this location is. Clean it up or close it.

The pharmacy staff has a disgusting attitude and no professionalism, I just asked the girl if she could run my good Rx card and she gave me attitude and said it would take ten minutes to check worst pharmacy ever.

This has to be the worst pharmacy doing business in Lacey/Olympia. That's how I have felt for years. Now they are even worse than that. I have tried for three days to pick up a prescription for my wife and I have finally given up. I have encouraged my wife to switch to the pharmacy I have used for 20 years+ because of how bad they operate. I have now made it my wife's problem now and she can go get her own prescriptions as I will not do any business with Rite Aid. Yesterday, was my third attempt to pick up a prescription for my wife and was again unsuccessful. On Monday, the prescription wasn't ready and they said it would be several hours before it would be ready. I said please have it ready and I will pick it up Tuesday. They have also just changed their opening hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The drive up window was closed on Monday as they are "short handed" and so they ask that you come inside. I came up to the drive up window at 10:00 AM Tuesday and someone said the drive up window is again closed and I would need to come inside once again. Their were at least 12 people in line ahead of me and every transaction was a problem so finally, after an hour waiting, it was my turn. The associate looked for the prescription and she said they are still working on it and again it would be several hours before it would be ready. Needless to say, I was pissed. Then came yesterday. There was a car sitting at the drive up window so I assumed it was in operation. That car was there for a covid test and after 20 minutes, they drove away and a gal put a scribbled sign in the window that the drive up window was closed except for covid testing. Again I went inside and there was at least 20 people in line. I sought out the store manager to complain and she was as useless as teets on a boar. She said she has no control over the pharmacy and there is nothing she could do.I said she should at least make sure they have a sign at the drive up window that you can see before getting to the drive up window and she just stood there like a deer in headlights. I left again without my wife's prescription and told her if she wants to do business with Rite Aid, she would have to do it herself or, switch to a reputable pharmacy. In my opinion, the biggest problem they are creating is customers don't have easy access to their medications and this could create other health issues. My wife is 80 and has had a couple of back surgeries and can't stand very long and this is why I usually pick up her meds. If I need to take a stand and refuse to have anything to do with Rite Aid, it's her call. One other issue I should mention, a prescription Ipocked up for my wife last month had several pills that were not what what was prescribed. These mystery pills were a heart medication but were mixed in with her prescribed meds. Besides, most items at Rite Aid are overpriced anyway and some items are double the price of other retailers. My advice, don't drop any prescriptions at Rite Aid or you will be sorry.........Reading the other reviews, I noticed Rite Aid responds to reviews with the same rubber stamp response to make it look like they are actually reading the reviews. Nice trick Rite Aid! How do you sleep at night.

I called this RiteAid to check if my prescription was ready before heading over because my husband had experienced all of the time either his prescription is not ready or they didnt receive the order, etc. Instead of a holding hand I felt me asking to check was like pulling teeth. Rudely, she asked what is your name? I responded in her same tone of rudeness. Collusion doesn't solve anything but ypu get treated the way you treat others and come on, when you are in the business of provide wellness and health then do that! Anyway, I gave her last name first and then first name. In a higher rude tone, she asked for date of birth and I told her the month and said 25th. She replied back 23rd? I said no the 23rd. I dont know how you heard 23rd when I said 25th. She then told me she doesn't see it. Then I asked if she could follow up on that because my primary care provider said it was sent the night before AND there is a confirmation from the store of receipt. She rudely replied I'm up to date with all the prescriptions. Then I asked why is she giving me an attitude? She then hung up. I called back and talked to a supervisor named Leslie. She was so helpful. I explained to her what had just happened and she immediately went into action to get my prescriptions ready. The rude pharmacist could learn alot from Leslie. Moral of the story, Thank god I called first before wasting my time traveling there. My husband and I have changed our pharmacy. No way are we going there as long as that rude selfish little brat works there.

Lady at front register picks and choses who she will sell rapid covid tests to. She told me they sold out, then proceeded to pull out a couple of them for the man behind me that asked a couple minutes later.

Even though the Rite Aid website states that one can 'walk-in,' and receive a vaccination booster --- the pharmacy at this branch told me that I need to make an appt. I'm feeling confused, because another comment on here says the poster and her husband couldn't get their boosters because the pharmacy ran out of vaccine due to giving it to so many walk-ins! I'm going elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would have given zero stars if I could.

I have never been impressed with the Rite Aid chain, but this one really took the cake. My husband had an appointment for his COVID booster (Pfizer) so I decided to get my Moderna booster at the same time. After spending 15" on their website filling out endless forms, I received my confirmation. We arrive at the store 10" in advance, only to learn that NEITHER of our appointments will be honored, because a) they ran out of Pfizer vaccine two hours ago, after giving doses to walk ins without bothering to hold on to doses for those who took the time and trouble to schedule appointments; and b) they can't give Moderna because while they have plenty in stock, they haven't figured out how to bill for the boosters yet. We took time off from work and drove an hour round trip to keep our "appointments", but they are to busy to call and let us know we need to reschedule?! We went to Haggen as walk ins and were promptly and courteously served.
