Woodland by Bonaventure is a community that receives mixed reviews. Some find it beautifully and note that residents love their apartments and the other residents. There are many activities available. However, significant criticisms are reported. The food is terrible, controlled by a corporate office. Rent is rising while fewer services are provided. Scheduled activities often have no one to facilitate them. There is constant turnover in directors and management staff, who are described as very unorganized. The community cannot keep staff, and some staff steal from the residents. Care can be unreliable, with failures in basic service delivery and communication, especially during illness.
Great friendly staff, everyone is always so nice, it's a nice relaxing place!

Woodland is only getting 2 stars because the residents. I left this company after 6 days of working. Short staff, the ED Jenn doesn't know how to run this building. She is very rude and pushy towards staff. Every caregiver is under paid even if you have your HCA/CNA . It's one of the worst places to work.
