The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their store.
The only downside is what the company website claims is in stock or even carried is almost always wrong.
This is fourth time I've gone to this location and the fourth time Ace's website was completely wrong. The knowledge and courtesy of their staff more than makes up for their online service but it doesn't mean my projects get done.

Nadia was simply amazing, I have shopped at this located for years. And everyone is usually helpful, polite, and kind. But no, Nadia was and went above and beyond that plus some and had amazing energy and charisma
Had a “can do attitude “. She helped me locate and find bolts that were metric, helped me also get some candy and extremely knowledgeable with the glue /epoxy department(I had a few questions about that stuff). Up beat and even though I didn’t need a lot, I had a lot of questions she had all the answers and was just overall awesome.
Thank you Nadia you made my day. Ace hardware of lake forest park you have ine great employee thank you.

Larger selection than many Ace locations with a particularly large garden section.
Super helpful staff who actually care about helping customers.
Beats any of the big chain locations!
Plus they have plenty of parking available which is always nice ?

I needed to get some last-minute item to complete a project tonight. I called Home Depot at 9:47 pm to see if they’re open they said they stay open until 10 PM. I show up at 9:56 and they said they were closed. All of them were just sitting there doing absolutely nothing and talking under their breath Because I told him staying open till 10 means customers have till 10 o’clock to shop and check out. I needed one thing… and I would’ve paid cash and I would’ve let them keep the change. I cannot stand lazy people you Chose to work a Customer Service position, So give the customer Service!!!!
