Impossible to contact. Need to reschedule an appointment. Phone says use internet. Internet in circles. I will miss meeting because they can't answer a phone at the their location. All convenient for the bank, very inconvenient for customer.

The Bank Teller “Kim” at this branch was extremely helpful, diligent and professional towards me when I came in to deposit a check this morning. I was impressed by his customer service. Chase Bank, N.A. needs to promote him ASAP.

We went to 3 locations to try to open an account for my son between 3:30-4pmNo locations answer the phones anymore.First location said the 2 bankers were busy until closing, 1 didn't look busy.2nd location - the bank manager was leaving at 4 leaving only one banker. They said I could get an appointment in 4 days3rd location-- 2 bankers at their desks but a teller said they won't help anyone after 4 because they have to finish whatever they do to close by 5.I can't go online for this type of account and Chase bankers want to be done by 4ish so they avoid people is the impression I get so I would say customer service sucks for anyone that has to work during the day. If you can go in in the morning and be prepared to wait an hour or more ,,, they all said someone would probably see me sometime (If I wouldn't leave)I'm not taking the day off from work or my son out of highschool for half day just because the bankers can't be bothered to work late afternoon.

Avoid! They don't even bother opening new accounts after 3:45pm. "Manager" Karlo is very rude along with single banker they have.

Karlo was very friendly and efficiently helped me with a checking account issue I couldn’t solve online. He even helped me get to the bottom of a separate hold up I had regarding a claim that I wasn’t even going to mention. I left feeling very taken care of!

The manager, Chandra, is friendly and attentive. Likewise for the staff who always seem highly motivated to provide good and friendly service. Time flies but I think Chandra has been there around 5 years, not a WA Mutual holdover. Lately there has been substantial turnover amongst the employees and I wonder as to the cause.

Don't even bother. Travis doesn't have the courage to talk on the phone to tell people in person your not getting a mortgage loan. This is not the kind of customer service you'd expect or pay the high banking fees for, nor is it professional. I have called 2 times and left messages. We have been waiting several days when we were told it was supposed to be going to underwriting Monday, its Friday. Try Homestreet bank they have actual customer service. I will be closing my chase Amazon account asap. I refuse to do business with a company that can't even be professional enough to return a call. 1 star because you can't give 0
