We just adopted our rescue dog Trini and she came with a bag of food. For several days, we tried to sort out why she was having loose stools until we figured out it might be the food she is eating.So we decided to stop by Mud Bay and ask for alternative food recommendations. Mud Bay's crew were patient, friendly and helpful with our kibble inquiries. They gave us samples to try which seemed to work so we bought a small bag and have now graduated to a big bag of the right dog food for Trina.And also a bonus, the products they carry are priced fairly. We are now loyal customers (Trini approved).

I found a chicken in my yard and worked hard to find her home. Came into Mud Bay looking for chicken food, They went beyond to help me and donated some food. Incredible! You guys are the best!.

I'm a long time customer and giving this a 1 star to grab corporates attention on how aweful they are as employers. There are no employee parking so the workers have to not only drive around and use gas they do not get reimbursed for, but also have to park very far from the business. This would mean, the laborers, who ensure you are in business, would have to get up extra early for work on a commute they are not reimbursed for, driving around looking for parking that they are not reimbursed for. Surley with the amount of money the company makes, something can be done to ensure efficiency and safety for the workers. You wouldn't have a business without the labor they are not being fairly compensated for.

Pretty simple. You owe it to your dog to go to mud Bay. Healthy food, a huge variety of treats, clothing and accessories, incredible artwork. Shout out, and very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff. Does not matter which mud pay I have been to, they are all so very well maintained and so very informative. Love them, love their products, love the people

Mud Bay has been taking care of my cats for over a decade now, I'm just the intermediary between their wants and the people who can give them what they want.With their sample program, Mud Bay has cared for more sick and ailing kitties than they know as I rely on them when a client is sick and struggling to eat. Different flavors or textures can make the difference that can sometimes be life or death.They have unknowingly provided food that several kitties have packed in their primordial pouch as a favorite snack on the way to the bridge and that's a level of peace of mind I can't begin to explain my gratefulness to them.Yes, it's an emotional connection to a pet food shop and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thank you so much to the entire team that supports this store! Many times I was lost trying to figure out what can help my kittens and they were so so sweet. Their generosity saved my kitties, not to mention how absolutely awesome they are. If you ever need advice or the best mudbay ever, peep this store!!!

Amazing staff, loveliest folks who really care about your critters. I also enjoy their cat toys but end up keeping them to play with myself, so every time I come back from Mud Bay, I just tell the cat they ran out (they didn’t)

They sneak my dog and cat treats (by asking, and then handing me pre taped pouches) when I definitely am not in the mood to be getting them anything nice and I love people and places that are good to my boys like that when I'm in a mood.

Mud bay is hands down my favorite pet store. The staff here is so friendly and I'm able to walk my cat around while we shop.
