“Clean, well stocked, good selection. The same pharmacist has been working there for as long as I can remember, and he's great. Quick, pleasant, answers questions clearly. Very helpful all around. I don't think I've ever gone to find my Rx wasn't ready for pick up. Getting flu shots is quick and painless. My only complaint is not about this store, but Rite Aid overall, and that is that when you enter a phone number where the pharmacist can reach you with questions about an Rx, it should be obvious that they should call that number if there is an issue. Somehow, that number doesn't seem to get to them. But again, not their fault - the pharmacists at this store are great.”

“The place to go if you're visiting from out of state. This was the only pharmacy I could find in Seattle that would fill an antibiotic prescription faxed to them by my doctor in British Columbia. The chain stores said they couldn't because of their corporate computer systems, although they knew Washington law would allow it, and the two other independents I asked just declined without explanation. Otherwise this is simply a nice store with good parking and access. Their phone was out when I contacted them, but they had a text line listed on their website, which worked out fine.”

“Want an old school, professional, efficient, warm, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced,time saving & give a damn pharmacy? You've found it in this one. They've been great every time.Had an emergency with my beloved Elderly cat on home hospice for cancer. Am lucky to have an outstanding hospice vet who recommended this pharmacy. He needed a stronger flavor in his rx this last time to get him to open his mouth I'd discovered & called the pharmacy the day before Xmas eve day to inquire as to what to do about it. I was told the solution but was unable to drive there due to being in the hospital myself 3 times this month & was too ill to drive anywhere. I explained my predicament & we knew the mail would take longer than my cat's immediate urgent needs. The pharmacist did something that blew me away that I've only ever had in very small towns long ago; he went above & beyond the call of duty in insane traffic well out of his way a few hours later to bring me the extra flavoring! Didn't charge me one red cent either for doing it.Remember when we mattered? We matter here as do our loved ones including our pet family. This give a damn caring service is almost extinct in modern times & I'm very grateful to the pharmacist, (Mike), & pharmacy for helping my precious kitty & I when we were in such need. Thank you again! Thanks to Mike & the entire NWPC crew BRAVO!This pharmacy walks the walk. I'd recommended it to everyone! You matter here. The pharmacist (& owner Mike), saved the day! He had offered a closed store day help in pharmacy via phone a few months back for my cat's same compounded rx should I need it. Been getting my cat's rx for over a year here at NW Pharmaceutical Compounding & I'm very impressed all around.The communication failuresor delays that happen at other pharmacies between pharmacy & doctor don't happen here nor are there issues with clear & concise communication with me. NWPC & crew make you feel better & lower the anxiety level instead of adding fuel to it. Too many pharmacies add insult to injury. Not here. You're in good hands & yes, they have your back as well as your loved pet's back. The rx wasn't for me but the emergency aid flavoring run to my home when I was too sick to drive eased my worries because I, also with a splinted wrist & hand, wasn't easily attempting a one handed rx cheek pouch application on a very fragile cat who wouldn't open up adding upset & struggle to his last precious days would've hindered him & my own ongoing recovery without a doubt. We were both helped.Kate's Gifts is also there in person & an utterly delightful bonus. If waiting for your rx you may be peeved at their efficiency because one becomes sucked into an enchanted vortex looking at Kate's Gifts! You've been warned, lol. “I rarely write reviews, but after the extraordinary service I had today I had to tell the entire city what care Bob Johnson's Pharmacy takes when working with their customers. They spent at least one hour, or more, working with my insurance company and a pharmaceutical company and time talking to me about the issues they were having due to my insurance. They were busy and did not need to spend the time especially with a brand-new customer. Josh was fantastic, and so was the entire team. I say drop the big corporate pharmacies and go to Bob Johnson's. You won't regret it - they really do care.”

“Love this supermarket. Every time I go to Woodinville, I always stop in. The fruits and veggies are always very fresh. Their deli counter always looks very inviting too. Their baked goods are among the best when it comes to supermarkets, it hard to resist. I always buy some kind of treat to bring home. They also have a decent kitchen ware area with a lots of kitchen toys Cheese counter is very plentiful with all kinds of cheeses, great selection Staff are pleasant and welcoming. I drove all the way to woodinville to visit their pharmacy, I received my first two COVID19 vaccines at their pharmacy.Definitely recommend this supermarket despite their higher prices on most items.”

“We stopped into Axis to pick up pet meds for a friend. Even though we live right around the corner, we hardly knew this place existed. It's tucked away near a yoga studio and across from the Cinebarre movie theater. It looks sort of barren on the outside but once you walk inside you realize how far back the building stretches because you can see the entire office in the back. The man at the counter was pretty nice and we picked up the meds with no problem. We looked around while we were there and were surprised to see bath products, gift cards, Pure Encapsulations supplements, and a host of other things you might find at a pharmacy. It's no Pharmaca, but it's good to know that if we were ever in the market for cards, limited supplements, or compounded pet (and human) meds, they are close to home. Yes! They compound pet meds. And they have a sweet display at the front of the store with pictures of pets that people emailed them thanking them for their service. Worth a stop if you need these kinds of items/services.”

She had taken the time to transfer my grandmother's records from another pharmacy, called the doctor's office to inform one of the eye drops were out of stock and called me back to update me on everything that was done. I have never experienced such great customer service before. She is the best pharmacist, thank you for being so caring and so professional. “I recently adopted a beautiful doggie and he takes a medication for allergies. Costco has the medication for $20 less than the vet office so I asked them to contact the vet's office to get the refill. Well... the vet took several days and never sent the prescription despite the fact that I called 3 times. So after hearing all this, and knowing my dog had ran out of pills, the nicest lady at Costco pharmacy told me she would call the vet's office directly, even though they had send the request via fax twice already. This was beyond her duty and the reason why Costco is known for amazing customer service. She finally got it strengthened and refilled the prescription. I was not only i pressed but also very grateful. Way to go Costco!”

“The staff at this specific CVS are such a nice change from your average drugstore encounter. The security guard at the front, while appearing like he could take someone down if needed, always says “hi” and is very friendly. Usually someone behind the register will also say “welcome” or “hello”. The pharmacist and technicians are also very friendly and efficient. I thought maybe I just hit it on an extremely positive day, but it has been this way every time I’ve gone in over the last year and it is worth noting.”

“I like being able to get in and out if QFC quickly. Depending on the store, it can either be small and rather lacking in specialty stuff or a bigger one that can fill all your needs. And you get Fred Meyer fuel points, too! Always clean. If you want a fun excursion, go to the QFC on Dravis just south of the Ballard bridge. It's crazy small, like teeny weeny hobbit sized, and it's amazing to see how much product they can get on the shelves.”

“Since I moved to Seattle, people around me have been raving about Fred Meyer as the best grocery store. I finally made it to Fred Meyer recently. I saw a review about not being able to use the bathroom here because no one knew the bathroom code, but that wasn't the case for me. When I asked a staff about the bathroom, he was quick to contact someone near the restroom via walkie talkie and I was guided to the restroom without a hitch. So I guess whether you make it to the restroom depends on who's working at the time. The place is huge and I wondered how staff is allotted for each section, but the employees seem to get along and I felt overall a good vibe at the store. The store not only has regular grocery goods but also an entire gardening supply section and even some furnitures. Seems like a good one-stop-shop where I would visit more often if I live closer.”

“This was my specialty pharmacy for several years and I loved it. I only stopped using them because my health plan started requiring specialty prescriptions to be filled at one of two specific pharmacies.The difference is stark. Anyone at this pharmacy could handle wrangling my scripts, insurance and coupon cards without any involvement from me. Even through several changes of medication from different pharmaceutical companies and a change of doctor. When my script needed renewal they were in prompt contact with my doctor. I never had to give either party a call to move things along.I have to manage a lot more of that with my new pharmacy and it is a hastle. I really miss this quality of service.”

“Surprised to read some of the recent reviews, I had a prescription sent here almost a year ago because of constant issues with Walgreens. The pharmacist Ive interacted with the most, Thuc, is fantastic. He’s followed up with doctors proactively when strength seemed off for our infant son, always gives context (take this with a probiotic), etc. I send everything here because of him.”

“My experience has been good. Due to Covid, everyone, everywhere is understaffed. The medical world has been turned on its head. Still, this pharmacy staff has done a pretty good job juggling this plus vaccinations. They are always patient and nice and in the end; they get the job done!! We all need to give some grace and be patient.”
