Just moved in and I'm absolutely loving the complex!Management was super helpful during the move in process and I love the unit. Layout makes great usage of square footage, feels bigger than it is as a result. Lots of little perks (in unit w/d, new kitchen appliances,lots of closet space etc) that come together for a great experience. Super friendly community that's made me feel right at home.Best of all the views of lake Washington are flat out AMAZING!!!

Nice view, appliances are old and parking is terrible. Haven't seen a manager in years here, not on property The birds are super cute, and the trees are nice in the center

UV Residential takes care of the properties and residents. It's a great place to live. The view from the outdoor balcony is also a bonus!

Nice place with character that doesn’t feel like every other cookie cutter apartment out there these days. Mallory the manager is communicative and does everything she can to help resolve any issues that might arise. Greg the maintenance man is friendly and hardworking. You can’t beat the view or the location.

Greg (the maintenance gentleman) & the location are great, but the property manager is terrible and passive aggressive. Shoved a 14-day notice to vacate for an unpaid balance from 2020 for a unit I didn't occupy until 2021. I never received an email, text or phone call informing me of this balance. I just this 8 page packet shoved in my door & dated the day prior.She didn't inform me or even attempt to interact with me - just left me to find & freak out over an unpaid balance of $300 I didn't know I had and certainly didn't exist before. I receive emails & texts for everything else. I've lived here for 3 years and Bradley K. was amazing. If there was a balance he called, and emailed to ensure I was aware. He attended community events & was always available to tend to the community.Residents maybe a source of income for UV Residential, but were also humans too & deserve to be treated with courtesy & respect - especially for what we pay to live here.

Scheduled a tour with them. But when the day came I showed up at the time I was supposed to tour and no one was there. After walking all over I had to call a few times to finally get someone on the phone and they said the person that was going to show me the place had something else come up. Very disrespectful of my time and expensive gas money to drive all the way for a tour and they didn't even have the decency to tell me that they weren't coming. I really wanted to like this place too. Oh well after that experience I will take this off my list. It seemed quite expensive anyway and parking was going to be a lot as well.

Great apartments and management. They have a cute and tidy courtyard with beautiful greenery. I love places that take care in the details. It's safe and quiet. Good place to live.

On June 29th, they took $350 from me online apartment application. I got one generic email that I responded to, but no response until July 15th when she called me as if it hadn't been nineteen days of zero response. She then told me that my money was not refundable because somehow I am the one choosing to not move in when they haven't spoken to me about it once. She told me they'd get back to me Monday the 18th but nothing and it is currently the 26th. I have not heard back, have not gotten my money refunded to me. How many other people did they get applications for during that week? Do not apply here. Do not give them your money.

Amazing location with quick travel both downtown and into the mountains. Close to the water and the Burke Gilman trail, my dog and I walked the path multiple times a day soaking in Lake Washington. Bradley and the rest of the staff are responsive and engaged in the community but the rest of the tenants are also ideal neighbors. If my job wasn't moving me to Chicago I would never have considered leaving.Safe, clean, and happy are the three words I'd describe Sheridan. Highly recommend!
