I'm going to let my email exchange with them speak for itself. Message received on 7/25/2018 "I've been very frustrated with the pharmacy at your Lake Forest Park location. The pharmacy typically opens late every day and the staff is always very rude. One employee, Ken, is ALWAYS rude and actively disinterested in his job. My main complaint is that I've asked to have my prescriptions put on auto refill at least 8 times and it NEVER gets done. Tonight, I went in and asked for my refill because I never received my auto refill. I told Ken this and told him I've given up on auto refill ever happening because I've asked so many times and it never gets done.
