Regretfully, I forgot the name of the insanely nice woman who helped me out on Saturday. Greeted me at the door, told me about a (relevant) sale when she learned what I was working on / needed to buy, and walked me through the store to find various items making my trip quick and delightful. Great service, they made exchanging a defective item easy and took care of me every step of the way. I also learned Ace Hardware stores are locally owned, will be shopping here more often. Highly recommended

Amazing experience! We arrived 4 minutes late to pickup our online order and the staff willingly opened back up the doors to get us our order. We are so thankful for their help!
