My husband and I are not very computer-literate. In fact, my husband has never owned a smart phone. We came into the Lake Stevens store on Saturday, June 1, so that I could switch from my iphone 7 to my new iphone 14, whereupon my husband could switch from his FLIP-phone to my old iphone 7. This was not an easy task, especially when dealing with tech-challenged people like us, but Tyler was SO patient and SO helpful! We could not thank him enough for going above and beyond for us! Thank you, Tyler!!

We went in there today to transfer data from one phone to another. There was one guy working and he was with someone. We sat for 20+ minutes and he never once acknowledged us. Not a "I'll be with you shortly" or even a "hello". We left! Went to the Marysville branch on State! Dealt with Jacksen and he was great!!!!!!

The services at ATT are garbage & the make employee needs to learn proper hygiene habits . I highly recommend starting with soap and some toothpaste including deodorant.
ATT services are bad enough but to have to endure the triple offenses from that on top of it was hands down the topping.
There’s no excuse. You get back what you put out, act like a toddler you’ll be treated like one

They were closed when I showed up before 3pm on a Thursday. Their posted hours are 10am-8pm. Someone answered the "store" phone when I called, but abruptly hung up when I stayed to ask where the staff were.

Joshua was a great help. He went above and beyond helping me to switch my service back to AT&T from another carrier. The other carrier had us on the phone for hours over two days, passing us around from person to person. He stuck with me diligently to get things switched over. Thank you Joshua!

You have to go see Joshua on Thursdays! I have been having trouble with my iPhone 12 and I called and spoke with him on the phone. He was very welcoming knowledgeable and I went up to have him check out my phone not only did he help me solve my problem, but he informed me on future incentives when I need to buy a new phone and I know that if I ever have an issue with my phone that he is going to be my number one guy!
