Joshua was a great help. He went above and beyond helping me to switch my service back to AT&T from another carrier. The other carrier had us on the phone for hours over two days, passing us around from person to person. He stuck with me diligently to get things switched over. Thank you Joshua!

You have to go see Joshua on Thursdays! I have been having trouble with my iPhone 12 and I called and spoke with him on the phone. He was very welcoming knowledgeable and I went up to have him check out my phone not only did he help me solve my problem, but he informed me on future incentives when I need to buy a new phone and I know that if I ever have an issue with my phone that he is going to be my number one guy!

Been here twice. First time the lady just spoke in circles and you could tell didn't want to work and was annoyed that she had to end her phone call. And just now at 7:30 tried to come in and the store is closed. Very unprofessional. Won't be back

I sat on hold for over 40 min, then just decided to go there..says open till 8 but showed up and store is closed. If you close at 6 them post that on you web page, not 8.

Mr Hughes was very knowledgeable and probably their best employee albeit the customer service located overseas is horrible and incompetent, It took literally ALL day to sort out my account and get a new phone. Crazy how a company in communications has zero communication skills. These days upgrading a phone should take no longer than a half hour. At&t has the best coverage but they don't value their clients time.

Came in for some help with an eSIM since over the phone support was abysmal. Joshua helped me and was friendly and got me in and out of the store in no time at all. They were definitely the saving grace for AT&T. Thank you!!

Joshua was a great help and getting the services we needed. He assisted us with upgrading to phones and squaring away all the details needed to update the phones and getting the bills situated because we have four lines. That was a lot of complications with the bills. Thank you Joshua for doing a great job.

Exceptional service from Raul who salvaged what would have otherwise been an extremely frustrating day working with AT&T due to the lack of service at a location we waited at for a lengthy amount of time prior to stopping here. I was hesitant to stop in as I saw he was left to work alone and was already helping three other customers, but to my delight he was much faster than the other branch we stopped at prior. Further, Raul’s demeanor was exceptionally friendly and professional- a true saving grace for AT&T service in this area worthy of some sort of acknowledgement from his employer no doubt. THANK YOU, Raul, you saved the day for our family!!
