I came in on a weeknight with a problem with my brake lights. I explained the problem, took the young man's suggestion of new bulbs (I thought it might have been a fuse), got in/out of the store in 5 minutes, problem solved 10 minutes after that. I appreciate them staying open late and the good customer service.

You're best employee mak was the best ever !!
I had to check engine light on and I replaced a part and he helped me erase the code after you put a new on. he was very professional and he even walked me through it how to do it ..
I give him a 5 out of 5 best service ever !!!

If I could give ten stars, I would. Came in with battery woes and received the most outstanding customer service I've had in years. Xavier deserves a raise, this guy genuinely loves what he does and was incredibly personable and great to chat with while he changed out my battery.
Nothing about my used 08 Elantra has ever been straightforward, and this battery replacement was no exception. Manager Mack got creative with his parts and tools, and managed to turn what seemed like a hopeless situation into a solution. I left pleased, relieved, satisfied, and smiling. (My defective CD player even works again after years of being on the fritz!!)
This is one happy customer here, LS Auto Zone will be getting all of my auto supply business here on out. Many, many thanks to Xavier and Mack.

Went in today to return an ignition coil that didn't fit my truck that I purchased last week. The part was in the original packaging, completely fresh and unscathed. There was a man and a shorter woman behind the counter when I came in and no one else in the store. They seemed very irritated when I told them I wanted to return the part, and they asked for the receipt. I was the one who originally bought the part, and had my original card I used to purchase the coil. My husband had attempted to return the part before, but since he didn't have the card I used to pay for it, they wouldn't return it even though he had a receipt.I told them that I was a member and that it should be on my file. The woman told me it wouldn't work for a return. At this point both staff members had been incredibly rude, and acted like they either thought I was trying to pull a fast one or didn't have time to help me (as opposed to the fact that I had just forgot to ask where my husband put it in the car).Understanding that weirdos try to scam stores, I took the part back and told them I would find the receipt. I found the receipt on my email, and returned to finish the transaction. The woman, clearly irritated, asked if I had the original card (which I had already presented to them two minutes earlier). At this point, what should've been a simple return had turned into an interrogation with zero attempt at providing customer service. Awkward silence followed as I presented the receipt on my phone, plugged in my card, and waited for the odd experience to end.I'm not new to auto parts stores as I've been restoring my truck and I don't appreciate a jackboot-level treatment when purchasing/returning parts. I get it that times are tough and people have bad days, but either I walked into some kind of weird fight, or folks need a refresher on not treating customers like they're guilty until proven innocent. When I am polite, provide what you've asked for, and still get a condescending attitude for no reason, it doesn't engender the desire to repeat the experience.There have been other positive experiences I've had in the past at this store with other staff, but if this is how things are going, I'll be going elsewhere for auto parts in the future.

Lady working at Lake Stevens location, extremely rude .says There's no room to recycle oil And I can't even leave a one gallon jug. Lost about a $150 sale because of her attitude.And when I said I'll go to O'reilly's she said, okay... Go ahead...

My wife went in to get a new headlight for our car. Someone assisted her in finding the headlight (a 2 pack) and installed it. Ended up being the incorrect one so they did a return and tried a different bulb. Told my wife it was working when it clearly wasn't. It was the correct bulb but was a dud. I went in the next day to get a refund and get the correct bulbs. When they did the return the previous day, they mixed up the bulbs so we had 1 from the incorrect bulb and 1 dud correct bulb. They refused to do a refund and I ended up having to buy a new bulb without the refund. Cost me the price of 3 bulbs just to get the correct one.
