“I came in for a warranty battery replacement and had to wait while it was being tested. During that time, Joseph took the time to chat with me and made the experience much better. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative about automotive parts. He answered my questions, helped me out a ton, and provided excellent customer service. Thanks again, Joseph!”
“Both the guys who helped me were so incredibly nice. I came in to buy a new battery after jump starting my car and they offered to test my current one first. After the first test they weren’t confident I actually needed a new battery so they told me to let my car run for 30 minutes and then come back. They checked it again and found that it was indeed time to replace the battery. After I bought it they even swapped it out for me and put the anti corrosion grease on it since corrosion was the issue with my previous battery.
Overall just very helpful folks and I appreciate them making sure I truly needed the new battery before I spent a pretty penny on it.”
“I went in to the Marysville store and Sam helped me. It was so refreshing to have great customer service where Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and so positive. I’ve always liked the quality of batteries, but with Sam helping me I will definitely be going back to the Marysville store! Gave me detailed directions what I needed for my car to keep it protected and well kept ✨ going to be sad when she leaves to Leavenworth Oreilly but they will be blessed to have her there 😁 my fur baby didn’t bark at her either while she was in the car watching her show me certain things I wasn’t sure of in my car. Great place to go for a run to grab something quick , a lot of selections, well organized and no dust like usual car shops.

“Did a free battery test, it was bad (no real surprise), they sold me a new battery from 4 options and gave their recommendations, and installed it to my vehicle, it was super fast and they were really excellent about it, even though it was raining the whole time. Car started right up great!”
“My truck died a half mile away I walked to oriley and the manager Rebecca stopped what she was doing gave me a ride plus a jump diagnosed it was the starter gave me a great deal on the starter her and the whole gf staff was so professional to me they will be my go to parts store for life thank you orileys special shout to Rebecca 😀”
“Love this store. The guys are professional and they make sure they go above and beyond for customers. I had an incident where I walked out of the store with some of my parts and set them on the trunk, and I believe we drove off without them. I called the store like two minutes later after leaving and asked them to look around and see if the parts were anywhere around in the parking lot and they said they couldn't find anything. So I left it at that. I need to figure out where those (upper and lower radiator hose) parts went. Calling y'all *o reillys on State Avenue in Marysville, WA* bright and early in the morning (A.M)”

“I'm at this O'Reilly's way more often than I would like to be but, the employees make the head ache of long-term projects, a little less stressful. Even if they don't have what I need, I'm always treated in an excessively helpful manner and about half of the employees treat customer service like they're helping a friend with a project. 5 stars, would recommend.”
