I have lived in Lake Stevens since 2001. I don't treat myself very often , but a couple of times a year in the last ten years I have gotten a pedicure. It has always been a pleasurable experience. I have had Tam as my tech a few times now and she is always wonderful. We talk and laugh and she always does a thorough and wonderful job. This may not be a treat I can do all the time , but when I can it will always be here. Thanks team!

They said they had time for 2 pedicures and we ended how waiting at least 30-45 min then sat, soaking our feet for another 15-20. It was an older lady who did my toes and she rushed my pedicure. She did NOT use the foot scraper and my feet looked dry and uncared for after the pedicure. They don’t even look like they had a pedicure at all. She BARELY used the mini sponge to scrub sloppily on maybe one little spot of my feet. She clearly did not care for the customer and just cared about getting as many people’s feet done as possible. We asked her why she didn’t the scraper and she said “her young skin don’t need it” but it seemed like she just didn’t want to do it. She also just randomly asked “you’re Indian right?” Which was inappropriate, if you’re gonna ask someone their ethnicity ask “what’s your ethnicity”. It was not worth $60 at all. I’ve gotten better pedicures for cheaper. My nails look sloppy and my feet look exactly how they did going in.
My mom had a young man do her nails and he did amazing. He was considerate and made sure she left with good nails.
She didn’t even tell me she was done she just walked away and left the wax leftover on my feet and the clay mask all over the back of my leg. She should not be doing pedicures if she cannot do all the services provided.

Walk-in or schedule an appointment, the service is always good. I always try to schedule ahead, because this place is busy. Relaxing massage chairs take the edge off if there’s a bit of a wait. I never mind the wait😉

Honestly don't want to leave a bad review but have to. I called and made an 11:30 appointment for a pedicure. At 12:15 l put my feet in the water. I then sat there until 12:30 with no one communicating to me. At 12:45 l left. No pedicure. Went across the street to get them done elsewhere.

I was stressed & needed to remove an older set of nails, I asked if they could soak them & they did. It had hurt in the past as they rip them off to see how strong you are I suppose but not very nice at other salons I've gone to. They are very calming & it was the better timing of the day & week day. Thank you Maia you made it relaxing for me. I'll be back & really appreciate you.

Amy did my nails, I’m not one to write reviews but I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and they got new management in the last year and oh my gosh!! They do such an amazing job. Always super attentive and anytime I request designs it ALWAYS comes out AMAZING!! Thank you Amy 🙏😍!

I have always had such an amazing experience when I come in and they do such a perfect job at French tip nails! These are my natural nails and when I asked for them to be square, Kenny executed the shape perfectly. They are always so kind and the price of service is worth every penny!

I got a pedicure here with my friend and both of us had an amazing experience! Everyone working was so kind and thoughtful. They really made sure their work was perfect: cleaning up nail polish and double checking the shape of the nails. I would recommend!

This is our 2nd time at this location and we love it- they always do great with our design ideas, and they have amazing massage chairs that you get to use!
