I have been going here for the past couple of years and the service has always been amazing! Today was the day that made me want to share my experience with everyone. My son is a type 1 diabetic, and he is growing nonstop, and insulin goes fast. This pharmacy had teamwork and made it so I can sleep tonight. Thank you!

The pharmacy assistant is the rudest person you'll ever talk to. She talks down to you and if you call for pain meds she treats you like a drug addiction. She's condensending, no help, and refuses to fill your prescriptions if you "argue with her"

If you can fill you prescription anywhere else in town, you should. This CVS is my own personal hell. I have cried and got angry almost monthly going here (I have very thick skin and empathy from working retail, so that is truly saying a LOT.) They never have things in stock when the say, they have lied about the date or if a prescription is available to be filled, they are rarely friendly and helpful, there is never a smooth transaction and always a problem. Avoid it for your mental sanity.

Get text saying done. Go to pick-up and it hasn't been processed yet. Multiple times. Scary part is they are handling your drugs.

Called today with a question about a refill that should be ready but not showing ready in the app. Rep said he'd get it ordered. Got off the call to see his text saying the Rx wouldn't be filled until 1/11. Waste

WE made a vaccine appointment, and showed up with smiles on! They couldn’t find our appointment, and then the person up front was covertly told the appointments had been cancelled because our insurance isn’t in network. But we had never been told. We could pay out of pocket, but they clearly didn’t want us to. I understand why they have 1 star review

I know it's crazy times and I have worked in customer service so I try not to be annoying, I really do but occasionally I have a question about my kids meds. They all seem like they hate their jobs, don't try and small talk and god forbid call in and ask a question. Your entire existence is inconvenient to them. Like spoiler alert I don't really want to deal with you either but here we are.

Take appointments but won't serve. I traveled 10 miles on a Friday eve to get the vaccine.

Pharmacy phone line and website are a joke. The only way to get a prescription filled is by driving there and wasting time walking around while they fill it. Ridiculous.

Wish I could give a better review. My wife uses this location as there aren’t any better options nearby with our insurance plan. Consistently out of the needed medication and the staff isn’t very friendly.

So my insurance makes me use this place and the people themselves are fine but the location has odd hours. The website says they’re supposed to be open till 6pm, just called Target. Was advised they closed at 3pm today (and I needed a prescription urgently). Are you kidding me? Why didn’t you text me and tell me to go pick it up at one of your 24 hour locations? Now I have to wait another whole day to pick up a prescription for some thing that I need today. This is ridiculous.

Called ahead they actually answered first time in a couple months said script would be ready at noon, got here at just after waited in line for 20 minutes then they said can you wait 5 or 10 more minutes, here I sit, nothing so far half hour later they don’t even look my way this place SUCKS. Last time they were out of my script which they have for months in advance, now I can no longer call it in ahead. I am done been coming here for over a decade they had the best team ever 3 years ago since then itswent steadily downhill and seens to just keep getting worse.

Went in today for my prescriptions, I kindly asked the lady if they would please not write on the pill label it blocked the RX number that I use for the automated refill. All she kept saying is that number changes every month, I said I am aware of that but your system uses that to verify the medication, she was extremely rude and equally as stupid, I can bet she has never used their system and still has no idea what I tried to convey to her, she has never learned to listen, only to talk!
