In the 15+ years I have been going to this Dollar Tree I have never seen the shelves so barren and void of product. There wasnt even the Dollar Tree trademark product in boxes in the isle, waiting to be up. It feels like this store is going out of business. They didnt even have the quarter machines by the door anymore. Very weird.

Cashier was extremely rude to me. I told him I was paying with a state card, after I ran it he proceeded to very rudely tell me I can't pay with a credit card first... I leaned back into him cause ima treat you with the same lack of respect you treat me especially after I told and showed you exactly what I'm doing. The manager then proceeded to scream profanities at me from across the store and told me to leave. She then left customers at the register so she could followed me out to my car threatening me and calling me names. If my grandmother wasn't with me she would've fought me on the clock.

Avoid this Dollar Tree location if you can help it.
Cashier Marcia is beyond rude. She has been condescending, rude, and unpleasant to me on two separate occasions.
Also, my mom has told me how rude Matthew has been when she shopped there in the past.
Honest question: Is this store completely incompetent in hiring people with customer service skills?
Or do they just go out of their way to find the rudest employees possible?

Mostly a fan of the dollar store company as they have decent items for their $1.25 price. But this particular location on ever has 1 cashier with 8+ customer waiting. It can take over 15 minutes just to check out. It’s extremely frustrating, and time is money. Over 4 occasions, I’ve had to wait and I’m so tired of it.

I recently went here just to get balloons and was shocked by how rude Matthew was to us. We were looking at balloons and were promptly shooed off despite just trying to look at the color of the balloon. After we shopped we got to the counter and we were told they their helium tank was running low and they had another one in the back but weren’t planning on bringing it out. So no balloons and a very rude interaction, very disappointing.

Not well staffed. Customer's had a long line to check out as there was only 1 checker she did her best, eventually another one showed up.
