Manager was rude and very Karen like before we even got started. Maybe caught her on a bad day but definitely not getting any of my business.

The service was exceptional. She was able to accommodate our needs the night before. She walked us thru, actually drove us to our rental. Info clear and concise. Prices a little bit lower than Everett. Security tight. Very very helpful. Thank you so much for making it easy
