only 1 cashier to manage self check and main register, my order was overcharged almost 20.00 because she was to divided on her position,companies fault not cashiers, my apples were old and had to be tossed. this store has gone down hill. waiting to see if they reimburse me for overcharge due to sale that was not in register.

Now the reason why I rated it 2 stars is because of the cost of the food you see I only go here to get 4 chicken strips but once I bought a small bowl of Mac and cheese a samosa and 4 chicken strips for 14-15 dollars now that might not seem like much but you no what you can buy with that a whole chicken which can last your family for 2 days.2 DAYS!! So what will you buy my order or whole chicken with lasts 2days. Again 2DAYS!!! Which leads to me giving 2 stars

I used to enjoy shopping at this haggens but lately the "fresh" food is often in poor condition. I frequently buy produce only to discover rot or mold when I get home. I recently picked up a bag of potatoes to purchase and I got covered with rancid potato liquid. Had to wash off at the store and change cloths at home. The final straw was mussels I bought, immediately brought home and began to cook them only to discover some were putrid inside (ruining 3 lbs of mussles). I won't be going back!

I drive 20 minutes to do my shopping here. I pass 5 grocery stores on the way. Good selection of meats and produce and higher end stuff that I like in my pantry.
