I called ahead but I know how it goes when it comes to flat tires and the line. I was ready for the wait and they were so kind and not to mention incredibly quick as well.

Had an appointment to fix a tire flat, and it was quick and painless. Busy when I entered and there was no one to immediately help me, but a technician saw me waiting at the desk and finished what he was doing before quickly coming over to get me and my car checked in. Barely took 30 minutes and didn't even have to provide the warranty details, they looked up the license plate and automatically covered it for free. Very friendly and quick as they should be.

The young men who helped me on a Saturday morning, 9am, was with a tractor front tire/wheel which was not able to be re-seated, so they went over the options, fix by installing an inner tube, or wait and order a $275 tire. They gave me clear reasons for why. They also checked my Tundra tire sensors and explained about batteries going dead in 2 of 4 tires, which i bought also at Les Schwab in Shohomish in 2019. I aqppreciated their fast work, taking less than half the time they estimated my wait would be. There is a reason i have purchased from Les Schwab sinceearly 1990s.

My truck was having a problem with leaky tires because the rims are old. Aaron and his crew took care of it. They’re working great and even noticed that my Les Schwab shock absorbers which were really old for lifetime shock absorbers, and he replaced those without being asked. This is the tire store you should do business with

Awesome team, excellent service! I took my Jeep in for a balance and rotation. They found some unsafe modifications (I bought it used back in May) they went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. & safely, and she drives better than ever! Huge thank you to the Lake Stevens crew!!

Just wanted to share that my husband and I have always had great service at Les Schwab. We recently had all 4 tires replaced. The following day, my tire pressure sensor turned on while in my way to work. I stopped at a Les Schwab close to my work and felt very brushed aside.
I spoke with the Lake Stevens location(where we had the tires done) and felt very taken care of! Their customer service is great and would highly recommend!

Great customer service! They were busy but were able to fix my flat tire (nail in center); take off my spare, and returned the spare back underneath the floorboard. All this within an hour. I was flabbergasted that it was at no charge. Of course I came back with platters of cookies and fruit. I’m very impressed by the professionalism and friendly staff.

Still good old friendly awesome service. We had our first flat tire in 25 years. Discovered we could do the change our self, even in our new car, we had never even looked for the tire or the jack. Even put it back on for us. Dang
