I went into purchase a head light for my daughter’s car. I was amazed at the service by the staff at Lake Stevens store. Russ was extremely helpful and installed the bulbs needed and went a step further and cleaned calcification on the lens. Because of his kindness and willing to help this store has earned my business for life!

Quite possibly the worst customer experience I have had in a long time, was helped by Bill an older gentleman had no idea how to use the computer took over 20 min to look up a customer # on the computer and the assistant manager would not step in and help and we gave up in the end and paid for our one item and left , I feel bad for how much he struggled with the computer the store could really find something else for him to do , like sweeping and facing the shelf's , keep him off the tills

Ms. Cassie was and is the bomb!! I was scared to death when engine light come on. Thanksgiving was made when Cassie told me it was nothing but my gas cap and cleared it!!! Recommend everyone going here in Lake Stevens!!! Thank you Ms. Cassie!!!

Thank you so much to the ama,amazing, staff at this O'Reilly! I was 2 states from home and trying to see Taylor swift and my car broke down. The very intelligent and helpful guys behind the counter named Laurin and Strider helped me out and got me on the road again efficiently and effectively! Thank you again fellas!

The guy working helped me out even though it was 7:58pm when I got there and they close at 8pm he still got me a alternator and said take your time no worries when I was looking for some things i didnt even really need. Other places would've said sorry we're closing. Thanks

KYLE IS MY SAIVOR -- Was changing my oil when the cap fell into the engine bay. I had to drive a few miles to the store, and I was worried I'd be talked down to for getting oil all over my engine (luckily no damage, just going to smell burning off). Kyle kept reassuring me and was just so nice about the whole thing. His coworker also helped find the right cap very quickly. Thank you guys so much!!
