“My newborn’s important govt ID documentation was previously misrouted, resulting in a failed delivery—despite the mail preview being visible in the USPS Informed Delivery email. When I visited the USPS Lake Stevens office, they provided me with the Carrier Annex phone number. Upon contacting them, the staff promptly assisted me and ensured the mail was delivered the very next day.”
“I prefer going to this postal office. There is seldom a wait. Staff are warm, friendly and professional. UPS? Yes! FEDEX? Yes! Regular mail? Yes! Need copies? Yes! They also offer to box your items for you. Awesome service.”

“This is a model post office. I’ve had my PO Box at 2 other locations since moving from here, and none compare to the efficiency and courtesy I’ve been accustomed to here. I miss the way I was able to rely on this post office for quick delivery of packages to my box, the way packages were made accessible to me right away, the properly functioning informed delivery, the friendly staff, and the fact that istaff would actually attempt to assist if there was a problem. This seems like standard stuff, but after having my box at 2 other locations, I constantly think back to how good and non-frustrating my mail service was at this location. I can think of a few offices in different cities that could definitely benefit from some training or observation of how things operate here. Thank you all for being amazing. You truly have a positive impact on people’s lives.”

“Jenny does a great job at this location. Granite Falls is a small community and the USPS (not this location per se) has made a lot of changes over the years. Limited hours of package pick up on the weekends is somewhat frustrating as is closing at 4:30PM. I've had times when there was a package to pick up and I got a card in my box. I've called and they accommodated me by putting a after hours box key in my box (when there was room available). If one has a post office box, there is a form one can fill out if you have Amazon, FedEx, etc., packages to be delivered using their street address and your box number. It works really well. It would be nice if the POB was cross-referenced with my physical address as the post office did when I lived in Forks. USPS rules state the post office CANNOT send a box key to someone. It has to be done in person.”
