When I came back, though, Lo helped me both professionally and kindly, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood what I was getting into. I appreciate all of the hard work these people do every day, despite the frustrations, we all have sometimes with federal government stuff. Keep it up!”

I'm used to the Bellingham Post Office and you can wait in line there for over an hour with only six people in front of you. I didn't expect much better here and was disappointed when I walked in and there was about 5 people in front of me, however it took less than 10 minutes to get through and out the door. Rich or Rick (sorry I’m horrible with names) went completely out of his way to make sure that I got my package today. “Jenny does a great job at this location. Granite Falls is a small community and the USPS (not this location per se) has made a lot of changes over the years. Limited hours of package pick up on the weekends is somewhat frustrating as is closing at 4:30PM. I've had times when there was a package to pick up and I got a card in my box. I've called and they accommodated me by putting a after hours box key in my box (when there was room available). If one has a post office box, there is a form one can fill out if you have Amazon, FedEx, etc., packages to be delivered using their street address and your box number. It works really well. It would be nice if the POB was cross-referenced with my physical address as the post office did when I lived in Forks. USPS rules state the post office CANNOT send a box key to someone. It has to be done in person.”

“I called to inquire about a package that had not been delivered, apparently due to an incomplete address. My call was quickly answered by Diane who was very helpful and friendly. Diane took my information and said that I would be called back shortly, after they had a chance to research. I received a call back in about 10 minutes and the package was delivered later the same day. I don't often experience delivery issues, but it's nice to know that there is someone local that I can talk to when I do.The vast majority of the time our mail and packages are delivered in a reasonable time without issue, and we never give reviews for that. If folks are calling the Annex it's because there is a problem, so of course the majority of reviews here will likely be negative. Many postal workers put in a lot of hours due to understaffing to get our mail delivered to us under often stressful circumstances. Let's give them a break!”
